We have never been before so didn’t know what to expect . Fab parking straight away and so pleased that there was air conditioning throughout the whole hotel.
Honestly nothing . Maybe an option for a lighter breakfast .

Booked superior double room with river thames view on bookin.com in March 2026 for 4th July 2026. Arrived at 5pm. They room had no river view just a view of a noisey road. Reception advised Booking.com website was faulty as it showed superior doulble room with river view, the hotel shows no river view. I paid the full amount for river view. The hotel made no offer to reduce the rate and all river view rooms were already booked. Tried contacting bookin.com impossible to contact anyone at customer service.
The staff were really helpful and polite , linen was clean

It was fine, the room smelled a little musty and was a little chilly.
The restaurant service was very, very slow. Good quality was fine, but overpriced for what it was.
The room was a great size, nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and considering we were above a pub, it was really quiet. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection.
Just having to walk thru the pub to get to the room.
