We stayed there for a wedding nearby. We were placed in a room overlooking the car park which was a shame, but not sure if all the river view rooms were occupied.
A bit of a stale carpet smell in communal hallways. Windows broken/in very bad state of repair. Pilllows really bad - as though they had been stuffed with cotton wool balls. Invest in some decent pillows is a bare minimum requirement! Essential item.
L'hôtel et la chambre sont très beaux et confortables. Le personnel est attentionné. La nourriture du dîner et du petit déjeuner est très bien. Excellente idée de pouvoir tamiser la lumière dans la chambre. Les serviettes de toilettes sont ultra moelleuses c'est très agréable
Il n'y a pas d'espace pour poser ses affaires à côté de l'évier dans la salle de bain alors qu'elle est plutôt grande
Absolutely lovely staff at breakfast who couldn't do enough for us.
Staff on the evening, not so helpful, but due to a rowdy wedding reception and very drunk lady they had their work cut out!
Bar shutting early and no availability for residents drinks after hours (not wanting a 'session' but a night cap would have been nice)

The room wasn’t clean very dusty and toilet wasn’t cleaned the bath towels had a funny smell

Schönes Hotel, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit, freundliches Personal. Der Pub bietet gutes entsprechendes Essen an.
Im Pub gab es leider einen größeren (Stamm-?) Tisch mit betrunkenen Männern. Die waren recht laut und störend. Es ist aber in der Tat schwierig mit so einer Klientel umzugehen. Bedrohlich war das zu keiner Zeit.
Great Location
Really nice, comfortable room and location.
We couldn't eat at this place. In one attempt the kitchen was closed which was, I think, a bit too early to stop serving food as we were able to eat something at the pub on the opposite side of the bridge. In the morning, I ordered some stuff to eat using the online menu, then the waitress told me the kitchen is again closed and they apologized for the online system still taking my food order when the kitchen was closed.

Staff where a bit hard to find at times seemed to be hanging around waiting
All the staff were friendly and helpful, we shared our evening 3 roast meats meal which was really good, plenty for both of us to enjoy. Our choice of deserts were good and priced very well.
Unfortunately our beds were too firm for us personally, whether it was because being near the water area there was quite a lot of dust in the dining section.

The hotel was in a perfect location, plenty of car parking, the room was very nice overlooking the river and a bonus of having air conditioning as it was very hot.
The breakfast service and the attitude of some staff at breakfast, they were very rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 30 mins for scrambled eggs and full English didnt enjoy it was cold when it came. Could understand if they were busy. Would have given a better rating if it wasn’t for the experience at breakfast.
The room was really nice although the aircon could have been better which we later found out the floor of our room the aircon wasn’t working properly so on our last night of a 3 night stay we were offered another room on the lower floor where the air con was amazing. This was very much appreciated. The shower was excellent, lovely big towels and very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was really good, delicious with high quality produce. We had 2 evening meals which were very good and cooked just how we asked. This was our second stay and will def be back again. Thank you very much to you all.
