Не проводить шумные работы в утренние часы. У нас под окном был какой-то ремонт или сервисные работы, которые начали в 8.00 - так не надо делать!
The resort was fantastic - amazing facilities, food and staff. Rixies is wonderful for young children, our youngster couldn't get enough of it. The pools were great - I would loved them to be warmer but that is a personal consideration, once you're in, you warm up quickly. The rollerbladers were great at keeping you hydrated and it's amazing that they don't fall over carrying so many drinks around! The food in Turquoise was lovely, so many varieties (fresh salad, pasta, grills, etc), we were too full after every meal. The coach to Land of Legends was much appreciated, we enjoyed going for two days during our stay. My wife and son loved the rollercoasters and so it was very easy to go there and back each day.
Very little to be honest. There are only two things to be considered. My family don't eat beef and whilst there were so many options at Turquoise, I would love it there were more lamb only options, most things were beef/lamb combos. I think that this is likely to be the cuisine in Turkey and so it is not something specific to Rixos (again a personal point). I would note that there were a couple of lamb options which were very tasty. Then the other point was the ability to book at one of the many restaurants at the resort - we struggled with this and ultimately ate at Turquoise. This might be more related to the number of people at the resort (again a great place would have a lot of people staying there).

Kevés volt a hotelben a felnőtt program.
Everything was just perfect. Unbeliavable and magical vacation for our family. We had so much fun, our son enjoyed staying here so much. So many activites for kids and for adults, so many food choices. We came home with extra kg 😅

Food was great, non stop availability of drinks, snacks and desserts, even Starbucks coffee is free of charge :) Beach is nice, one warm pool for the cool days. Big area to play and explore. The Turkish and Italian restaurant a la carte were great. Everything is included in the price, no need to bring your wallet, unless you need something from the store. The hotel also organized transportation to and from Lands of Legends, and entrance is included in the price of the hotel.
Rooms are a little bit outdated, we had to change our initial room because of the smell on the ground floor. Staff was great to find us an alternative solution. Also kids club is very small for a resort like this, a few of the toys were not working or damaged, could certainly improve the activities and offerings for the children at the hotel.
Rixos Premium Belek is truly one of our favorite hotels. As always, everything was absolutely incredible. But what makes this place so special is not only the hotel itself — it is the people who make every vacation unforgettable for us.

Despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, which we are visiting not for the first time. Everything was perfect as always — thank you for the excellent service and warm atmosphere. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!
Lots of activities . Plenty to do for adults and children
Staff in restaurants were lovely - very understanding and accommodating of my sister who is vegan
Land of legends access is great. We went in April Easter break when the rides were empty - no queues. Though the discount on food for Rixos hotel guests was not recognised by the staff at the theme park
Heated pools in April - lovely. Although only one heated pool so everyone went to the same outdoor pool so pretty busy
Terrible and very stressful booking system to book dinners - ruined most of my mornings at 10am and caused a lot of tension on the holiday
Tennis courts poorly maintained - no one there to give you tennis rackets balls etc
