Repetiría, pero no en verano
Pros:

He estado contenta con la ubicación, es un sitio bueno y animado. Además está cerca la playa. El desayuno es satisfactorio. La habitación es agradable. El personal de limpieza muy simpático y me ayudó a localizar las zonas del hotel por las que pregunté.

Cons:

El personal de recepción justito de simpatía. Los camareros de la barra para la piscina, me ignoraron varias veces (los dos que estaban). Al final les tuve que llamar la atención de que se iban para otro lado en cuanto les llamaba.. Sólo quería saber cómo iba las bebidas que se tomaban ahí. Se ve que no me hacían ni puñetero caso pq no llevaba la pulsera de todo incluido. Pero si yo quiero tomar una bebida y pagarla también lo podía hacer, así que cómo no me atendían, les dije que no me huyeran que me atendieran. Fue muy desagradable.
Lo otro que no me gustó fue el aire de la habitación. Hacía un ruido enorme. Lo tuve que apagar pq tenía dolor de cabeza. Y además se nota que es antiguo y no va bien. Para empezar a notarse había que tenerlo encendido mucho rato.

Okay for the price but wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The location was near the airport for an easy commute, but far from downtown Palma

Cons:

The bedroom was not clean. There were moldy tiles in the bathroom and the sheets had hairs all over them.

Only stayed at the hotel for 4 days but had a wonderful stay, will definitely be back!
Pros:

Lovely area, right next to the beach, airport and shops. Staff are absolutely amazing! There is also entertainment. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is also clean and there was plenty of options for food. Drinks were very nice!

Pros:

C'est proche de la plage et des restaurants. Par contre avec ce prix ya des hôtels beaucoup mieux notés, le petit déjeuner était excellent. Les serveurs du restaurant était très agréable.

Cons:

Le mec chauve avec lequel j'ai fait mon check-in était vraiment désagréable, pas de bonjour ni bonsoir, j'ai dis trois fois bonjour, hola, hello avec différents langages mais il n'a même pas pris la peine de répondre, directement donner moi votre passeport j'ai pas besoin de votre réservation, il n'a pas donné de bonnes explications. Par contre le check out était bien avec un mec souriant.

Небольшая, уютная гостиница недалеко от моря, различных магазинчиков и кафе. Хорошие завтраки и ужины.

Cons:

Местами требуется косметический ремонт. Не фиксировалась лейка душа.

Un bon séjour avec un personnel très accueillant et un all inclusive pratique, malgré quelques points à améliorer.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le personnel, toujours agréable et serviable, ainsi que la formule all inclusive. Il y avait un bon choix de plats au buffet, ce qui permettait de trouver facilement quelque chose à son goût. Un grand merci également à la dame du ménage, qui était très gentille et très chaleureuse.

Cons:

La nourriture restait assez médiocre, même si elle est tout à fait passable pour les personnes qui ne sont pas trop exigeantes. Nous n’avons pas eu la meilleure chambre ni la plus belle vue, et l’hôtel est assez mal insonorisé.

Los chicos de recepción.

Cons:

La cena no estaba mal, había variedad, pero poca calidad y poco atractivo cocinado. El desayuno frío muy desagradable, con todos los platos sucios amontonados, el pan duro, la máquina de café no funcionaba. El chico de recepción nos atendió muy bien y nos hizo café en la planta baja. La escalera enmoquetada muy sucia. La luz se cortaba y tuvimos que subir a la quinta planta en ascensor. Me pregunto, un hotel así no tiene Sistema eléctrico de alimentación ininterrumpida? demasiadas personas en el vestíbulo

В номере убирают и меняют постель каждый день . Очень вскусная и разнообразная еда . Все уютно, приятно и замечательно .

Pros:

C’est un hôtel ancien mais les personnels sont là pour aider, pour votre confort et bien être ! On est arrivé trop tôt mais ils nous a donné les bracelets et on a fait petit déjeuner. Chambre étant prête avant midi et ils nous a laissé rentrer dans la chambres. Pour la cuisine faut pas attendre grand cuisine mais on général on étais très content.
