Posizione centralissima anche se la sera la piazza Guido monaco antistante offre uno spettacolo di degrado che scoraggia passeggiate serali verso il centro storico

The terrace!
Pros:

Very good location just five minute walk from the train station and a short walk on to the old town. The staff were very helpful, a bar in reception and a gym just behind There is a very large and comfortable public lounge with a relaxing atmosphere, The rooms along with the rest of the hotel is quiet and clean. The highlight of this hotel however is the roof terrace a large relaxing fantastic area to watch sunset. It is advertised as the best terrace in Arezzo and rightly so! The terrace pushes the Hotel Continentale into second of the six hotels we stayed in Italy.

A Very Comfortable Stay
Pros:

In a great position close to both the station and the centre of the city. The hotel looks smart and recently decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was quite large and had everything I would expect in a modern hotel. My only criticism is that although the room has been well refurbished the original bathroom fittings remain so that the shower and bath are a bit elderly, but adequate. The roof terrace is a great feature allowing you to enjoy a drink with a view over the city. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Arezzo.
