Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo pre najnárocnejšich hostí. Veľka kúpelňa, postel aj celá izba. Krásny vyhľad z baru na terase hotela. Personál ustretový. Hotel je blizko stanice a 5 minút do starého mesta. Mesto Arezzo a okolie ponuka skrýte poklady. Oplatí sa ich nájsť.

Ate Einrichtung, New Rooms sind hässlich. Hotel bräuchte eine Totalsanierung. Für diese Qualität zu hohe Preise.

Wonderful hotel and location but could use more comfortable mattresses.
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location if arriving by train. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooftop terrace is definitely a plus.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like were the hard mattresses. It is very important to get a good night’s sleep but unfortunately the mattress of our bed did not offer that.

חדר גדול ומרווח. נוף מאוד יפה מטרסה בקומה עליונה.
צוות המלון מקצועי ואדיב, שרות מעולה ומענה מהיר

Cons:

אין דברים בביסיים בחדר: קומקום ומכונת קפה.
אין סבון גוף נורמלי, מקבלים שקית עם כמות מאוד קטנה של סבון שלא מספיקה אפילו לשטיפת ידיים. לא מתאים למלון 4 כוכבים. אין כובע אמבטיה. מאוד רועש בלילה וגם מוקדם בבוקר ממכוניות.

Pros:

We arrived unplanned in Arezzo just after midnight due to a train-strike. The night manager was so helpful and welcoming; the 24 hour reception was a lifesaver
