Bon séjour
Pros:

Les chambres et appartements sont vraiment très grands. Le personnel est très agréable. Le transfert à l’aéroport est à l’heure et effectué par l’hôtel.
Le parking est proche. Une air de jeux se situe 20 mètres plus bas. Petit déjeuné parfait

Отношение персонала. Видно, что старались помочь. Предоставили хороший номер с балконом. Обеспечили дешевой стоянкой для автомобиля. Особый респект менеджеру на ресепшене Круно. В номерах ежедневная уборка, что порадовало. Завтраки нормальные. С фруктами и чудесным кофе.

Cons:

Для семейного отдыха достаточно шумное место. Это скорее отель при ресторане, нежели наоборот. Уборка генеральная проводилась давно, хорошо бы вычистить пыль везде, а не только сверху. Старый город далеко, но автобус рядом. Нет подъезда к отелю на авто, т.к. пешеходная зона. В остальном претензий нет.

Residents of Dubrovnik should be ashamed this facility bears their namesake

Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Good coffee available during breakfast

Cons:

Overpriced. 150 euro per night for 3 star accommodations that really should be 2 stars. The old Siemens model air conditioner was unable to keep a 100sq ft room cool during summer heatwave. The AC filters were very dirty (see photo) and present a health risk to people with allergies. The standard hotel breakfast is ok but the meal I ordered (spaghetti bolognese) was terrible. I wasn’t expecting san marzano quality of ingredients but our jarred ragu sold in the States would have been an improvement. Overall the hotel is badly in need of renovations and improvement and ultimately it was my huge mistake to choose these accommodations

Готель «Дубровник» — це справжній оазис затишку та гостинності. Я провела там лише одну ніч, але цього вистачило, щоб залишилися надзвичайно теплі й приємні враження.

У готелі панує тиша, бездоганна чистота та особлива атмосфера. Його вишуканий класичний стиль із нотками старовинної елегантності створює відчуття домашнього тепла, комфорту й спокою.

Персонал надзвичайно привітний, професійний і завжди готовий допомогти, а господарі щиро гостинні та уважні до кожного гостя. Номери ідеально чисті, доглянуті й дуже комфортні. Сніданок смачний, різноманітний і приготований з турботою.

Відчувається, що тут дбають про кожну дрібницю, щоб гості почувалися по-справжньому бажаними. Із великим задоволенням повернуся сюди знову!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The guy who checked us in was very helpful. He helped us with the parking and even carry our luggage. The waiters are also very friendly. I sprained my ankle and in the evening he came to my table and asked how I am feeling. Small little things but it makes you appreciated. The food were also good and cheaper than the other restaurants.

Cons:

I dont like that we only stayed for 3 nights. We should have stayed longer.🤣

Great location and comfortable, cool room
Pros:

They gave me a free room upgrade. The room was great and had brilliant air conditioning which was much needed. The location was brilliant. The man on reception was so nice and welcoming, he even gave me some chocolate.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the breakfast selection m.

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly, and the location is great. Loved the promenade with many restaurants, and the beach is very close by. Rooms are clean.

No direct access by car since the hotel is located on a pedestrian-only street. The parking was a bit confusing, but the staff saved the day and helped with everything. The hotel is bare-bones and a bit dated.

Pros:

The location was great, very close to beaches and the sea. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as buses and convenience stores. Breakfast was simple but decent.

Cons:

The bedding cover could be updated. While not a unique problem to this restaurant hotel, the flies were many and persistent, detracting from the breakfast experience. The hotel offers water for €3 and there are no consumables in the room (shower gel, bottled water, etc).
