Great experience
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dubrovnik. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the Old Town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions. Breakfast was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

the location, friendly staff, a fridge that actually worked well (rare!). good breakfast. good value...but mainly the location, well situated on the sunset beach walk, close to beach, easy access to old town via local bus.

Cons:

the mattress was the most lumpy and saggy thing I have encountered since living in furnished share houses in my youth. note that I mentioned it, they made a note and will hopefully fix it! only fault, really.

Great place, beds need to be updated.
Pros:

Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The beach a 5 min walk away and bus stop to old town a 5 min walk as well. Great spot.
Restaurant was great, breakfast good and staff friendly.

Cons:

We booked 4 double rooms for our group and we all got completely different types. 1 was a 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment, 1 was a family room with a separate bedroom and 4 beds in total, 1 was a double room that had 2 single beds pushed together and a queen size mattress overtop that was bigger than the 2 singles so it overhung and you fell out if to close to the sides. Strange set up. And 1 got a small room, no balcony and a half shower.

Pros:

Everything was excellent, I really liked it. It's a modern hotel in a resort area, but there are residential areas around it so good public transport links. Check-in was quick and efficient and all staff spoke excellent English. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a room with a balcony. There are restaurants, shops and bars a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the area was quiet at night, and the room had soundproof doors to the balcony. I slept very well. Breakfast was good, with hot food like sausages and eggs, but also fruit, cereals, breads, cheeses, hams etc. It's maybe a 20-minute walk from the port but there are buses that stop near the hotel. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended.

Pros:

La posizione era comoda per gli spostamenti avendo una fermata del bus a poca distanza. Il bagno è stato rinnovato da poco.

Cons:

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po' di di manutenzione, la camera era spoglia, ho dovuto chiedere una sedia. Le luci notturne a fianco del letto non avevano interruttore. Il materasso era probabilmente vecchio e sentivo tutte le molle. La colazione lasciava a desiderare.
