The breakfast was ok with descent amount of choice
Dirty room and bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Very dated hotel and in desperate need for renovation and deep clean
We've been staying at this hotel for many years and on our latest trip we stayed at one of the beautiful villas. It was spacious and private, surrounded by lush nature. We and the kids had endless fun at the private swimming pool and slept comfortably. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff was warm and friendly and always went beyond to assist in any way. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nikolas drove us to the airport when we couldn't get a taxi, it was so kind
The sliding door of the wardrobe in our room was broken, so we couldn't open it and use it

Very dirty. Facilities were unusable. The pool was dirty, the gym was dirty and nonfunctional. The electricity in our room kept getting interrupted. We also found worms in the dates during breakfast that we almost let our son eat...

cockroach in my room, bathroom needs renovation. spa services need upgrade to meet the expectations of what the client pays.
Good location 2 minutes walk from the sea nice beach . Very nice restaurant close to the hotel . The stuff in the breakfast were very kind and helpful.
When I went to the room I noticed the windows of the balcony doors very dirty. I asked to clean the next day . Next day they didnt clean the room not even the windows. The stuff in the reception were not welcoming either helpful.
