We arrived a little early but were soon given our room, breakfast was good and the sea view was superb.

Касательно персонала, сервиса, питания(у нас был полный пансион) всё понравилось! Место тихое, пляж не далеко, очень хорошо прогуляться. Вода, погода, всё прекрасно(мы были в начале октября). Массажистке даём 10 из 10, и рекомендуем её массаж всем.
Ездили там пару огалтелых мотоциклистов без глушителей по вечерам иногда; надо бы с ними разобраться через полицию; чтобы не нарушали тишину.

Я с семьей 3 раз приезжал в эту гостиницу. Все предыдущие прибывания были отличные. В этом году сменился весь персонал - плохое знание английского языка -не понимают в большинстве случаев что у них просят. Улица на которой находится гостиница в процессе ремонта. Тяжелая техника начинала работу в 5:30- 6:00 утра, Добратьтся до входа надо было по разбитому тротуару с чемоданами. Ассортимент еды на завтрак сильно оскудел. 2 первых дня ужин был по принципу шведского стола состоявший из 3 главных блюд(кальмары, тушенная говядина и овощи с курицей) вид блюд полностью отбивал аппетит. Шеф повар очевидно забыл как готовить- он умудрялся испортить всё что он готовил. На третий день заказали гамбургер : сама котлета была размером около 5 см и засушена до состояния подошвы. На четвертый день официант принял заказ в 18:00 и просто забыл передать на кухню и ушёл домой после смены. После напоминания о том где наша еда в 20:00 принесли еду в номер и принесли не те блюда которые заказывали. В личном бассейне большое количества песка на дне.

We were visiting the area to meet with family, and e-hotel was a conveniently located accommodation.
The staff was great, and the breakfast good to kick start your day.
We have been at this hotel several years ago, and we had in mind a nice and cozy hotel.
Unfortunately the past impression I had for the hotel, was not what we met.
It felt like the hotel was neglected, probably due to reduced tourism. The beautiful "maze" garden was unattended and the tennis court at the end of this garden destroyed.
Some facilities felt just abandoned and unmaintained. It's unfortunate, as the hotel has a great location (of course again, ruined by ongoing major road works), but all facilities are in walking distance reach.
