Clean and modern hotel.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and very modern.
Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. Decent gym for a hotel.

Cons:

Didn’t feel like a true 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly.

Örülök hogy ezt a szállodát választottam!
Pros:

Kiváló reggeli, kényelmes ,tiszta szoba, kedves segítőkész személyzet.
Spa és a konditerem is szuper. Kényelmes sétával 15perc az óváros.
Egy következő alkalommal is ezt választanám.

Un confort excellent dans cet hôtel bien tenu et accueillant.
Pros:

La chambre était superbe, hyper bien équipée, lumineuse et super bien éclairée (oui c'est important pour moi).
Le personnel était à l'écoute et attentionné. Un des matins, on ne pouvait pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur place car nous avions le tour de la Blue Cave qui commençait à 6h30 donc l'hôtel a gentiment accepté de nous préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter. Vraiment sympa.
L'hôtel a accommodé notre demande d'avoir des chambres communicantes avec nos 3 enfants. Je le souligne car ce n'est pas toujours le cas. Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et on est souvent obligés de prendre 2 chambres séparées qui ne se trouvent pas toujours à côté.
J'ai surtout retenu le confort incroyable du lit, super moelleux et confortable, j'ai très bien dormi. Du bonheur d'être dans ce lit tellement qu'on y était bien.
Le petit déjeuner était garni et bon.
Il y avait une salle de gym, ainsi qu'une petite piscine et un spa dans l'hôtel. Il y avait aussi un parking dans l'hôtel donc simple et pratique.
L'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Il y a des commerces autour.
Le seul point un peu négatif est l'emplacement en face d'une rue avec beaucoup de passage de voitures mais rien de bien méchant.
Très bonne expérience.

Pros:

room was perfect, great details, the crib for our toddler was ready when we arrived, the front desk staff was also nice

we bought some sodas in the restaurant and the lady who was there that night had a terrible attitude
