Estadía perfecta previa a tomar nuestro crucero.
Pros:

Ubicación a 2 cuadras de estación de tren y también a unas cuadras del centro.
Estadía muy tranquila.
Habitación amplia y baño moderno.
Desayuno excelente y muy variado.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent, with a nice variety and everything fresh and tasty.
Overall, a really pleasant experience with great hospitality. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again!

In Ravenna würden wir wieder im charmanten Palazzo buchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage im Zentrum - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale in Laufweite. Prima, wir konnten mit unseren Rädern sicher im Innenhof parken. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig/ sehr gut. Das Personal aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging zu Via Roma hinaus - der Verkehrslärm bei offenem Fenster ist relativ laut.

Pros:

Perfectly located walking distance around the city. Lovely Italian vibe and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

The breakfasts are typical continental but very limited choice if you don’t like eating meat and cheese for breakfast

Absolutely fabulous,the best of our 5 week trip!
Pros:

This hotel was an absolutely divine,a real surprise! Breakfast was included and the staff and food offered excellent.Our room for the 3 of us was huge and the whole hotel blew us away.We would not hesitate at all to recommend it,a must stay if visiting Ravenna.

Cons:

to be honest there was nothing that we didnt like!

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, anche la colazione è molto varia ed è perfetta soprattutto per chi ha intolleranze e si può trovare dal latte di avena a quello di soia a quello di riso.

Cons:

Purtroppo, la mia stanza era all’interno del cortile al piano terra, in una sorta di dependance della struttura. C’era un leggero odore di muffa, il materasso era rigidissimo e il cuscino altrettanto. Purtroppo, il letto è davvero scomodo.

Cons:

Customer service non existent, I had inadvertently booked twice, charged full price for both as no show despite turning up and paying for better room than booked. Booking.com unable to assist. Be VERY careful with booking hope you don't need help.
