Great way to stay in Ravenna
Pros:

Our room for four was great. Mattresses are wonderful. The staff is very accommodating. They made all adjustments to keep the temperature down by brining us additional fan. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay in a historic building with exceptional staff
Pros:

We had a truly excellent experience at Palazzo Galletti Abbiosi. The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We reached the hotel earlier than the check‑in time, and they immediately offered to store our luggage safely in the hotel’s storage room, which was helpful.

The location is perfect — the historic city center is only a 2‑minute walk away, including the first (1/8 of) UNESCO World Heritage church, just about 150 meters from the hotel. The building itself has a beautiful history (worth looking up!), and its atmosphere is truly unique. The interior is charming and patinated, and there is even a chapel inside the building.

The restaurant staff matched the elegance of the place: they were polite, friendly, and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a small gift — a bracelet — during breakfast. This has never happened to us in any hotel before, and it made the experience even more memorable.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which I consider a major positive. Overall, we can only recommend this hotel. If we return to Ravenna, we will definitely stay here again.
