The exercise room has tree treadmill and two are out-service.
The worst part is the bathroom. The floor edges are too dirty . I cleaned a little bit around the toilet bc my wife said it was disgusting.
The front parking lot is unsafe with holes in the concrete.

Way too much noise, we couldn’t sleep much because there was a party in the room above us till the wee hours of the morning. This made our stay very difficult!

breakfast options were sparse. 1 elevator worked. pool was not open. and the sheets were not changed i found a hair and had to change the sheets myself. mentioned to front desk with no apologies or let me see what we do? i just asked for new sheets so i change myself
The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
I booked the room to spend the weekend with my wife and grandchildren to swim in the indoor pool. The pool was down for maintenance and that was no one told to me when I checked in or on the booking reservation. The elevator was making loud noises and scared us, and the air conditioner barely worked and was very loud. The air conditioner would not turn on sometimes, but when we called guest services all of a sudden it started working right before they came up.We were given a paper that told us we could swim at the gym lifetime gym but when we got there, we were kicked out of the pool and said the family swimming didn’t start until 10 AM but the paper that was given to us said kids could swim from 4 AM to 8 PM. We were not 100% satisfied like we were told we would be.

I booked double room on booking.com when I arrived to hotel the reception desk staff was very rude I checked in and the room I got was wrong not double room I called the reception desk to let them know that the room I got was wrong and the staff yelling on me and his voice. we don’t have that room if you don’t want that room he said he doesn’t know and I just try to calm him down because he was getting angry and angry and I didn’t want no problem I just stayed on the single room which is I paid for a double room the staff was very rude and unprofessional the hotel also very dirty all dusty.
