Not a fancy hotel, but definitely clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Greeted warmly by the receptionist. Underground parking was great. Bed comfortable and clean. Enough room for two of us.
Included breakfast was nice and the solo gentleman in the kitchen was fantastic and made a great coffee.

The room had a strong unpleasant smell throughout my stay. It was so bad that I had to use my own body spray every day just to make the room bearable. This is not the standard guests expect when paying for accommodation.

The hotel should also be honest about its breakfast offering. Advertising “free breakfast” is misleading when only basic bread is provided and other breakfast items come with additional charges. Clear and transparent communication is important for customers.

Finally, customer service needs significant improvement. A smile and a welcoming attitude go a long way in hospitality. Guests stay at hotels to relax and enjoy their experience, not to feel unwelcome or as though they are inconveniencing the staff.

Management should address the room condition, improve transparency regarding breakfast, and provide better customer service training to staff. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

OK for one night
Pros:

The suite was good well laid out.

Cons:

Too close to the main road which made it hard to sleep at night. The bath/shower I didn't like but if I hard a younger family it would be ok. The A/C didn't work in the main bed room

Loved the friendly vibe
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, great spot near excellent pub and amazing kebab shop

Cons:

We were there for a rugby comp with group of boys. Would have been great to have games room or ping pong table so they had something to do in the afternoons but was still a great place to stay

A very convenient place for a business stay. Convenient parking underground for my motorcycle.
Pros:

Near to Christ Collage where I had business.
Stuff very helpful and friendly. Upon my departure the weather turned ugly and they let me have a late checkout…and reserved my room in case I needed to stay an extra night.

Cons:

No issues from me.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Sydney. Appartement avec 2chambres et grand salon au calme. Cuisine bien équipée

Cons:

Accueil à la réception plutôt décevante. La personne parlait très vite et ne cherchait pas à se se faire comprendre !😏Quant à la personne qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner, même accueil !!😏
