Clean and basic in good location
Pros:

Great location for transport and food
Room was basic but comfortable
Our air conditioner didn’t work, we were given a blow heater which helped

Pros:

Great place to stay with kids.
The continental breakfast was so good. The lovely man working in the cafe was very attentive to our family and everyone else we watched come in.

No frills quality
Pros:

Straight-forward, no frills, comfortable bed and clean room

Cons:

You have to like stepping high into bathtub for a shower, and pulling a cutain across to try and keep the splash in!!

Good location, and suited out needs very well.
Pros:

Easy to check in. Great to have onsite car parking - and the lift was super quick.
Comfortable room. We spent most of the time out at our event, so this was a good place to crash at the end of the day. Close to public transport and the nearby shops had plenty to choose from for food and cafes.

Cons:

The bathroom was fine, but could probably to with a bit of a refresh. Shower pressure was a bit low.

We enjoyed our stay. We were not far from where we had to be each day. Public transport right there.
Pros:

The whole unit was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Close by to everything we needed. Public transport for bus right outside to get to train station and Westfield Shopping Centre.
It had everything that we personally needed for this trip. We also had complimentary buffet breakfast everyday that was included in the price of the stay. Housekeeping everyday. A big thank you to you all.
