It was a night stay to go to the dodger / padre game for our wedding anniversary, ok experience
Pros:

Valet was amazing, the guy was a very nice person.

Mary Jane’s cafe had a snob working the counter and ended up being the waitress as well. It took about 3 minutes to get seated but 20minutes to be spoken to and get service. Worst part of the experience.

Cons:

De hoge borgsom die op je creditcard wordt gereserveerd. Wij hadden 3 nachten twee kamers voor ons gezin en zo is er 6x150 dollar gereserveerd op mijn creditcard. Ik vind dat echt veel. Na uit checken nu nog niet uit de reservering gehaald. Jammer dat je 70 dollar betaalt per dag voor valet parking.

wifi. I could not get good wifi connection in my room. this affected my work productivity and stay. I would have enjoyed my stay much better with decent wifi. I could not connect to my remote desktop.

Unsere gebuchte Suite war nicht verfügbar beim Check-In. Man hat uns für die erste Nacht einfach ein Zimmer einer tieferen Kategorie gegeben. Eine Gutschrift gab es nicht. Die Beschwerde über Booking.com wurde vom Hotel nicht beantwortet.

Obwohl von einem Mitarbeiter versprochen würde uns bei der Abreise eine schriftliche Bestätigung des Downgrades verweigert.

Die Managerin am Front-Desk war unfassbar arrogant.

Das schlechsteste Hotelerlebnis das ich in den USA bisher erlebt habe. Nie wieder Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.
