Pros:

L hotel est très bien situé bouche de metro devant acces rapide un tres beau centre commercial en face.
Personnel souriant serviable très à l écoute.
Piscine accessible de 7h30 à 22h chauffé et agreable je n'ai rien à ajouter de plus !!!
By otell repondait à toute mes attentes.
Acces tres simple et rapide pour l aeroport.

Price for locat. & serv. was good, but def. not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4star and a bit outdated
Pros:

I loved the fact that the hotel was in such close proximity to public transportation, especially the m4 metro, as it helped us get to so many places with easy access. Even upon leaving the m4 was a 5 minute walk straight to the airport for less than 2 pounds for the both of us. Our view from the room was awesome and the pool and jacuzzi was of good size.

Cons:

We didnt like that the hotel is a bit outdated and lacked service members throughout the facilities. For instance, the pool area only had 1-2 members max which werent always easy to find if we needed anything or had any questions. The pool is stated as warmed, but was definilty cold and the walls seems to have too many chips falling off. The breakfast was good up until we came across old spinach, which i could smell clearly that it had gone bad. when i approached one of the managers, he along with another employee said they didnt find anything to be the mater, but the spinach was clearly old and used 2-3 days in a row. I noticed whatever food wasnt eaten the day before was set out again, for instance the boreks, which you can tell from the crust if its older.

Heel fijn hotel, gastvrij, bussen en metro vlakbij (200 m)
Pros:

Kamers zijn ruim met enorme bedden, heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, gastvrij ontvangen. Hotel ligt vlak bij een metrostation. Vliegveld (kleine) makkelijk bereikbaar De wijk achter het hotel is rustig, veilig met weinig toerisme. Uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer was geweldig

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal was niet erg sfeervol, alles wat verouderd, tapijt niet zo netjes meer en alle lampen waren vreemd opgehangen. Mijn kamer was groot maar als de buren thuiskwamen of weggingen zat ik rechtop in bed. De deuren slaan heel hard dicht. Ook mijn badkamer was wat oud, niet meer zo netjes
