A bad stay
Cons:

I booked a room with two seperate beds, which was essential because I was travelling with a friend.
When we arrived the hotel told us, that they only had a double bed room left. The double bed was appr. 140 cm wide, and as we are both big men, it was not fitting us, so we wanted to cancel it, but the hotel would not allow it, we were forced to stay there! They only offered us an extra folding bed, I had to sleep on it but it was too small for me and I felt as if I were lying in a hole. I had to put the matress on the floor because the floor felt better. I had three very uncomfortable nights at this hotel! They refused to cancel or give us a discount. We paid almost 500 EUR for that and were forced to stay there; it was unfair.

Pros:

Location is great for the city center and WWII museum, nice quoet location, size of room with a/c, the decor is simple and contemporary, powerful shower, friendly staff with English spoken, bottled water provided daily, option of breakfast, check out time of 12pm, luggage storage.

Cons:

No major complaints.

Pros:

Refund was full after some discussions.

Cons:

We have received a totally different room (much smaller) than avertised. Hotel inittially has refused to accept the claim. Only after some discussions the refund option was agreed, but I needed to find other hotel at night.

I do recomend it.
Pros:

Lovely place very comfortable. The staff very friendly. The room was very clean and the prices are ok. Myself I booked through booking.com. I was amazed by the friendliness of the people.
