Perinteikäs, siisti hotelli vanhan kaupungin vieressä.
Pros:

Sijainti hyvä, vanha kaupunki vieressä, samoin ostoskeskus, ruokapaikat. Riittävä, mutta ei turhan yltäkylläinen aamiainen. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu.

Ajoittain häiritsevää katumelua yöllä, hissi oli rikki.

Vicinanza al centro. L'albergo, anche se datato e lasciato andare deve essere stato carino. La signora della colazione molto accogliente. Letti comodi.

Cons:

La cosa peggiore è stata ascensore rotta: 3 giorni a fare 2 pianindi una scala a chiocciola ripida e stretta. Secondo me l'ascensore non funziona mai. Lenzuola con capelli e capelli anche in bagno. Bagno scrostato. Colazione con pochissima scelta dolce. Reception per lo più deserta. Luce soffusa in corridoio: non vedevi la toppa!

Good location, more care needed for customers
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location in the Old Town close to the Opera House and St Peter's Church. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and our room was clean although it had old fashioned furniture with an faded charm.

Cons:

The lift was out of order which we weren't told about in advance. We had to climb two floors on a spiral staircase like in an old castle. The shower in our bathroom was broken although it was fixed after we reported it. The TV only provided streaming services and no live programmes. The staff in the bar area gave us the impression they wanted nothing to do with the hotel so we had to struggle with some issues when hotel staff were off duty.
