Very nice but expensive for what it offers.
Pros:

Loved the oldy worldy feel to the hotel but felt that it didn’t quite live up to our expectations from a price/quality perspective.
Also, again for the price, to request that guests tidy their own table after they’ve finished breakfast just gives the impression of cost saving in the context of a nightly rate of almost €300. ( incidentally the lady serving coffee and replenishing breakfast each day was amazing )
Having said all this we had a lovely stay and loved the location of the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, unfortunately the staff were very rude and unwelcoming, it felt like everything was too much

Pros:

The views from the garden are amazing. Easy to walk to all sites. The history of the place and period style of the rooms and entrance and breakfast areas.
The staff are all calm and friendly. Loved having a lounge area which was comfy and with a library too.
Breakfast was the best quality and selection we had on our trip and we'd stayed in a lot of places!

Cons:

The WiFi connection to our room downstairs was weak.
The serving at breakfast was strange. With wonderful quality of food and style of the hotel, we didn't expect to clear our tables ourselves as in a Premier inn style place. Consideration of employing an extra person to serve coffee and clear away would make this a 10 out of 10 for us!

Bien mais revoir le service inexistant aux clients
Pros:

Jolie terrasse ombragée. Situation dans Sienne évite d'entrer en ZTL. Grande chambre. Vue demandée sur jardin.

Cons:

Explications orales données pour aller au parking. Aucun service. Les clients doivent assurer eux-mêmes le service et trimballer leurs tasses, couverts, etc. Le petit déjeuner est très minimal pour les étoiles de l'hôtel. Ne comporte pas d'offre de légumes frais pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas manger que de la charcuterie, du fromage ou des sucres sous toutes leurs formes. Petit déjeuner non rechargé pour accès à tous de la même manière.

Gentillesse de deux femmes qui parlent français à l'accueil.
