very happy with the room but pity breakfast and parking not included.
Pros:

Room was excellent especially with the AC. Spacious and good seats to sit on. View over the river too.

Cons:

As I had booked through Booking.com I hadn't realised it was a Best Western hotel and I know that Best Westerns are offering free breakfasts at the moment. I wonder why we weren't offered that?
Not keen on having to pay to park at the hotel compared to The Olde Bell at Hurley where you can park free and breakfast is included in the price.

I felt like it is ridiculous but it was in a nice location
Pros:

The view and the bed and the decor and the ac as soon as you walk in the room

Cons:

They didn't have a lift which im in use of a cane and fund it hard to walk up the stairs and only room they could offer me was on the 3rd floor and the towels looked like they had already been used and the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed

Perfectly comfortable hotel, don’t expect luxury, but if you just want a place to stay it’s fine
Pros:

Very close to town centre, view of Thames from our balcony. Can take 20 minute train to London. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Not super clean and everywhere looked tired.

Pros:

Kind of nice beeing on the Thames.
Got a free upgrade to a bigger room with view on the Thames.
Bed was very comfy

Cons:

Rooms very old kind of messed up, windows etc were not clean.
No fridge, no shutters light came in very early in the morning.
Big street directly next to hotel.
Breakfast really poor.
Just completely overpriced.
