Love the buffet breakfast!
Beautiful location on the Thames . Wonderful huge room overlooking the river. But most of all,the marvellous, friendly and very helpful staff.
No complaints whatsoever.
Amazing views brilliant rooms and fabulous staff
Nothing, was amazing
The staff were extremely polite, professional and attentive
In my opinion, there were too few car parking spaces and limited accessibility to rooms above ground floor levels
Lovely riverside location and comfortable bed
Very tired and in need of renovation. Felt understaffed too with busy staff trying to cover multiple roles.
Great brefakfast and all the staff we met we exceptionally helpful.
The building itself is a little tired and there were no lifts to top floor rooms.
Excellent staff who were really helpful!
Charming, beautiful building next to the Thames
friendly staff
The property was close to major bus stop, incredible views & extremely clean
I could hear any movement & talking above & next to me in adjacent rooms
The staff were exceptional and the location was wonderful. It was lovely to sit with a drink overlooking the river.
The bed was comfortable and always hot water with the shower.
Good breakfast.
The evening meal that we had was average.
Great staff, friendly, attentive and def went the extra mile. Very clean. Beautiful views. Great position right by the river. Great food, evening meal and breakfasts very good.
Nothing tbh, I mean being crazy fussy parts are needing a paint or new paper but it appears the hotel is going through change so this might be on the agenda.
Colazione buona la posizione bellissima
Tutto va benissimo
The price is good value for what you get.
I liked that there was parking.
I liked that the staff were friendly and professional.
. I liked that I was able to open the window to let in real air and hear outside noises (like the geese and ducks) rather than air con...... I liked that it was an old building ...
I ordered a salad for lunch and it was really fresh and really delicious.
The location was great and restful near the river.
There was no full length mirror in my bedroom - you could easily put one on wall space or the back of the cupboard door. This is not just vanity - if one is going to a meeting it is reassuring to check how one looks beforehand. As single room is not just for children - I am an adult and it is the only room I was offered when booking - I do not appreciate the children's pictures on the wall. Just because I am on my own in a single room does not mean I do not need adult facilities.
I would have liked four milk sachets instead of only two -one is not enough for a cup of tea so basically it's like rationing the guest to only one cup for the stay.
The outside of the building needs a quick sweep - there were cobwebs everywhere which made the building feel a bit seedy - obviously the whole building needs a paint but it is possible to make it look much better if it was just swept which does not cost much in money or time. It is the same inside - the walls are good but the skirting boards all need painting - the paint is falling off and it falls on the floor which means the carpets look like they have not been hoovered.... it would not cost a lot.
£10 to park is a bit of a rip off - it felt like you guys are ripping the mick.
My single room was at the top on 3rd floor - (no problem I dont mind stairs) but at the top of the stairs there were 2 /3 laundry bags left there. right near the stairs and the doorway ... they were there for the duration of the stay -its a bit untidy and makes a guest feel like they may be in a staff only area .. there is not good signage to the "300"rooms on the third floor. Guests were getting lost.
Loved the rooms sizes and deco.
Extremely comfortable huge bed if not sharing a room.
Air-conditioning was spot on and made the rooms soo cool and well airated besides the soaring temperature outside.
Fab location and views by Thames river
Easy to access and plenty of parking spaces
Lovely sitting area outside the hotel or on rooms balcony
Lovely and clean restaurant
Great and tasty breakfast
No lift especially with heavy luggage or tiredness is a nightmare when staying on top floors.
