They were large quiet rooms with comfortable beds in a convenient location.
Be aware parking is not free as inferred when booking (although we were given complimentary parking due to a room problem out of the property’s control)
Room was clean but very much what to expect at a Great Western hotel! Bog-standard average.

The river location.
One of the rooms I saw smelled of "fags" and the window had a first floor roof outside. My replacement room was much nicer, so thanks for your understanding.

Within 15 minutes drive of Cliveden House.
Our room was at the top of several flights of stairs and doors to negotiate with our luggage. There is no lift for people with mobility issues.
Traffic noise disrupted our sleep.

I found that they do not cater for children's meals. I had to order adult pizza to be halved and 2 sets of fries. No smaller portions available. Was not going to pay adult price of breakfast of £10 for kids to only have cereal.

Should of been told at check in that room wouldn't be cleaned unless we ask for it at check in. Only read that in the room so a bit late then. Only 2 tea bags and 4 milks very tight. Please put more coffee tea and milk in rooms
Loved that it was in a beautiful location right by the river and within easy access of the event we were attending. The rooms were very clean and had Aircon. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again !
Nothing really - I did get a bit lost going g to my room because the property is an old Victorian building and had several staircases but I’m sure had I stayed there another day, I would have found my way around ! Lol
