Great location but disappointing food experience
Pros:

The location is excellent and exclusive. The Brindavan garden view from the private balcony was fantastic and being able to access the garden early morning was very nice

Cons:

The food was really sub standard and very disappointing. Not even one dish we tasted at dinner and breakfast was tasty. It was mostly below average. The chef really didn't know how to cook. The wifi didn't work the entire duration of our stay..

Pros:

The view from the rooms of the Brindavan garden is the USP of the property.

Cons:

Every tourist place, food joints are quite far from here. Plus there are number of hidden fees at multiple points that you have to pay before checking in.

"An unforgettable stay that I'll cherish forever."
Pros:

I liked the hospitality and behavior of the staff. the heritage charm and its unparalleled location,the scenic beauty and calmness of the surrounding made my mind refreshed.

Cons:

i didn't like the washroom as it had a foul smeel and a bit uncomfortable

A half descent view with scamster staff

Beautiful Heritage property with a good view of the Brindavan gardens

Cons:

The price of the room for the kind of rubbish service and substandard place. The staff are like vultures, waiting for every opportunity to try and make money. We were three women travellers and some of the staff saw an opportunity to add meals to our tabs that we never ordered claiming that it was for our driver (we did not bring a driver and we drive to the property). Only when I checked every individual bill, did I realise that there were many items that we did not order and were being wrongly charged for.
The service on the other hand took forever no matter what you asked for. The geyser was not working in the room. Over all a terrible experience.

Overall okay, location is good but property and service need to be better
Pros:

Location was good. The property was clean, ambience was good and soothing. Food was good. Service definitely could have been better.

Cons:

Service could have been much better. The balcony wasn't clean. Looks like it's old property, and needs timely maintenance and deep cleaning.
We pay high price for the stay and in return service was very irresponsible. The staff wasn't valuing high paying customers at the level they should have been. We observed partiality in welcome traditions. Also, the staff was negligent for requests even after follow ups they weren't bothered to revert back

Memorable stay with great experience
Pros:

The location and interiors in rosewood

Cons:

Staff could have been more patient while checkout since my booking had included early check-in and late checkout, they couldn’t give half an hour of extra time
