Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in granada at socialtel. We booked two tours in the hostel to the isletas and the volcano. Norwing was realy helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was not super clean, but they cleaned upon request.

Pros:

Me encanto el trato y recibimiento de Norwing. Muy amable y amigable. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Ademas el hotel esta muy bien localizado y el desayuno estaba riquisimo.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación no tenia tv pero al final no fue problema ya q no la hubieramos necesitado.

Pros:

La verdad es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona, su ubicación frente al parque, la calzada cerca, supermercados cerca, facilidad de conseguir todos los tour con seguridad, además del desayuno súper rico, de los mejores.
Otro punto muy alto la amabilidad de todo el staff y aún más destacado norwing que siempre estuvo muy atento y asegurándose que tengo muy buena experiencia en el hotel.
En pocas palabras hotel recomendado 1000/10 de fijo volveré.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta.. está justamente en frente del parque central

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien.. sin embargo debes tomar en cuenta que por el precio que pagas por la habitación del hotel no tendrás nada de lujos pero si una excelente ubicación, comodidad y muy buena atención

Me encantó el trato, la amabilidad de todos sus empleados en especial la de Jeffrey Gonzalez, Marvin Martinez, Norwing. Toda la estancia hicieron que fuera especial. Los recomiendo montones, de verdad que 1000/10. Los felicito por su excelente carisma y servicio. Muchas gracias, pura vida por toda su atención. Espero volver, Dios mediante.

Pros:

We really enjoyed my stay; great bed, great facilities and a very welcoming staff who will make you feel right at home. Especially the manager Norwing was very helpfull in accomodating all our needs!!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The pool was alo brilliant.

Cons:

We wanted to order a taxi, instead of doing this, they tried to push their own much more expensive trip upon us. After convincing them that we did not want the trip, they ordered us a taxi but wanted to charge us $50 dollars when it should have cist €15. Luckily we were abe to walk outside and immediately get a taxi for €15.

Amazingly beautiful
Pros:

One of the security guards called “Rene” was amazing, friendly and very helpful, the supervisor and manager too!!! We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to come back, but the only thing was that there’s no tv and refrigerator in the room but other than that everything was pretty good and amazingly nice.

Pros:

La très bonne situation géographique pour visiter la ville.
Le personnel souriant et sympa à l'accueil.

Cons:

Les photos de la chambre sur le site internet ne correspondent pas totalement à la réalité.
Dans la journée, la musique dans l'hôtel est trop forte et le billard et la piscine occasionnent beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à la chambre.
Pas de ménage de la chambre pour un séjour de quatre nuits.
Le personnel de restauration était peu agréable contrairement à celui de l'accueil.
