Excellent Staff & Great Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, but what truly made the experience special was the staff.
The personnel were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
They even upgraded my room free of charge and mentioned that they often do this for guests whenever possible, which was a very thoughtful gesture and highly appreciated.
Their positive attitude and care made me feel very comfortable.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Cons:

The only downside during my stay was the free internet connection, which was unfortunately quite slow — even loading Netflix was difficult at times. It may have been related to my room location, but since it is part of the overall hotel experience, I believe it’s worth mentioning. If this could be improved, the stay would be even better.

Also, the hotel is small - the breakfast was totally worthy - multiple choices - all fresh and tasty. I love coffee and tea - and their quality in the hotel is very good

Cons:

I would improve the quality of WiFi - phone calls via Teams or WhatsApp disconnected for me a few times, but watching Netflix was fine

Pros:

Very close to the centre of town. About a 15 min walk from the train station. Nice big room with a comfortable bed. Train timetables meant I was too early for breakfast but they supplied a breakfast pack.

Hotel perfecto para Varna
Pros:

El hotel está situado frente al jardín del mar y muy cerca del centro por lo que tiene una ubicación excelente. Es un edificio pequeño pero con todos los servicios, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo y lo mejor de todo el personal que es muy amable y atento. Formidable una recepcionista que habla español.
