Wunderschönes Hotel mit liebevollem Personal
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett. Angefangen von der Rezeption, über die Zimmermädchen und die Bedienung beim Frühstück. Ich habe noch nie eine solch positive Erfahrung gemacht. Wir sind aufgrund unseres Fluges sehr früh angereist und durften unser Zimmer schon vor 10.00 Uhr beziehen, obwohl der Checkin erst nachmittags möglich gewesen wäre. Das war sehr nett. Wir haben zudem ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten und hatten einen tollen Blick über den Park, konnten sogar das Meer sehen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Der Wellnessbereich sehr klein, aber ok. Die Lage war sehr gut, da man zum Strand, in den Park oder in die Stadt nur wenige Minuten gehen musste.

Perfect way to see Varna and have great business trip and some personal time off
Pros:

Location of the hotel is perfect and the staff is really trying to give everything they got to help you out with any request. We rented bikes and it was great. They gave us towels for the beach and the breakfast was great. Everything about the stay - the room, the staff, the view and other details were great.

Great for downtown getaways, long weekends and business in the city center. Parking could be issue
Pros:

Perfect location at the entrance of the Sea Garden Park. Very comfortable with a great breakfast to kick off your day. Rooms are spacious and clean, and even facing the street is not that noisy. Staff also pretty firendly and helpful for the Bulgarian standards.

Cons:

Parking could be tricky on weekends as the hotel garage is small and full and spaces in the congestion zone around could be scarce. Weekdays is easy within the Blue Zone. Small, but decent fitness and sauna only. Don't expect the full spa experience. You can go swimming in the olympic pool with mineral water nearby.
