Allasosasto oli kiva monipuolinen ja baari kiva lisä. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Cons:

Suomalaiset saunat olivat liian kuumat. Huoneissa äänieristys oli todella huno ja tämän vuoksi tuli nukuttua huonosti kun tieltä kantautuva meteli kuului todella kovaa huoneeseen.

Spa osasto todella hyvä ja viihtyisä

Cons:

Varaus järjestelmä bookingin puolelta hoidettu huonosti. Varasin 3 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle huoneet, selvisi vasta huoneessa että olisimme kaikki 3 aikuista mahduttu lasten kanssa vain yhteen huoneeseen. Booking oli varannut 2 huonetta 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle, jonka vuoksi jouduimme heti sisäänkirjautumisessakin maksamaan 30€ lisää. Tämän vuoksi maksoimme käytännössä yhdestä lisähuoneesta.
Varasimme myös tietämättämme erikoisaamiaisen, joka ei ollut tarpeellinen.


Huoneesta yksi miinus löytyy "ns" pimennys verhoista, jotka eivät pimentäneet huonetta riittävästi

Henkilökunnan toiminta todella huonoa.
Pros:

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja lähistöllä oli palveluita.

Cons:

Henkilökunta ei löytänyt meidän varaustamme ja jankutti ettei löydy kuin 2 huonevarausta vaikka oli 3 maksettu.
Avainkortti yhteen huoneeseen ei toiminut ja henkilökunta laittoi meidät itse soittamaan väsyneinä huoltoon.
Aamiaisella meidän huonenumeroita ei löytynyt ja henkilökunta väitti ettei meille kuulu aamiainen. Jouduin lähes huutamaan, että kyllä kuuluu ja se on maksettu!
Ei enää ikinä tänne!!!!!!

Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Asiakaspalvelu pääosin hyvää. Aamiainen tavanomainen.

Cons:

Oleskelimme kolme yötä. Harmitti, kun huonetta ei siivottu koko aikana. Erillisestä pyynnöstä saimme pyyhkeet vaihdettua. Tarvittiin kaksi pyyntöä. Kylpylässä kuluu pyyhkeitä, eivätkä ne kuivu helposti. Samalla siivooja tyhjensi roskikset. Lapsiperheessä roskia syntyy. Toivoisi, että huoneita siistittäisiin edes vähän pidemmän oleskelun aikana päivittäin.

Большой номер, наличие банных принадлежностей как для взрослых так и для деток. Везде чисто. Идеальное местоположение

Cons:

Мы были с ребенком и нас поселили на 5м этаже, в стороне куда с коляской каждый раз нужно на дополнительном подъемнике спускаться/подниматься. Не совсем удобно. Так же однообразные завтраки, к 10 утра совсем пусто, нужно идти раньше, а раньше когда приходишь то стоишь у входа в очереди, так как нет мест.
