Cons:

Le pulizie, avvenute solo dopo 3 giorni, inoltre la prima stanza aveva problemi di aria condizionata e tv e abbiamo dovuto un po insistere per riuscire a risolvere

Perus kylpylähotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Pros:

Aamiainen oli kattava ja maittava. Huoneet sopivan kokoisia ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Kylpylä oli melko pieni, mutta useampi sauna paikkasi tilannetta. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä toki allasbaarin henkilökunta olisi voinut olla vähän palvelualttiimpaa. Sijainti lähellä kaikkea oli plussaa.

Cons:

Huoneiden ja kylpylän siisteystaso olisi voinut olla parempi. Kylpylän remontti voisi vähitellen olla paikallaan.

One of the worst client's experience I ever had.
Pros:

It was a clean hotel, in a nice location, with good, spacious lobby. If the rooms were all renovated could be considered a very good hotel.

Cons:

It must have been one of the worst hotel in personnel. I haven't seen most smile-less and unhelpful personnel ever.
The pool-spa area is serviced only to sell drinks. Consumption is their only target. I had an accident and fell in the spa area. The only person there, was looking at me without making any movement to help me get up, or even call assistance. I was crawling in the pool area helpless.
During the second night, the light bulbs in my room exploded, making a noise and than the electricity sound of wires (you know this strange noise like a snake) was all over my room. I called the reception to inform them that half my room is without lights, but most importantly seemed dangerous. The person in the reception replied "what do you want us to do at this hour, we have no technicians"???? I had to demand a room change. They guy in the reception was underlining that he only has an "executive room" like it was my fault that they had no similar room. Instead of offering room and assistance, I had to demand a room and carry everything on my own (fortunately I was light travelling). The "executive" room was just the same room but renovated.
