Oleme tänulikud meeldivale personalile aga spa kogemus jättis tükiks ajaks ikka halva tunde sisse.
Pros:

Hotellituba iseenesest oli viisakas ja mugavad voodid. Asukoht hotellil hea ja viisakas teenindus.

Cons:

Alustades spa-st, nädalavahetus oli täis maja soomlasi, kes kõik istusid mullivannides koos oma jookidega, mitte keegi isegi ei liikunud tundide viisi sealt. Käisime kaks korda proovimas, ikka samad inimesed, ainult rohkem klaase ümber mullivannide. Jookidega kõnniti vees, aeleti nendega, näha oli jooke vette tilkumas. Põrandad kleepusid. Aurusaun oli nii pime, et oht oli lõpetada kellegi süles. Üleüldiselt oli nii külm ja ruumi polnud kuskil, et sooja sisse saada. Otsustasime spa suhtes alla anda ja nautida tuba. Pesema minnes selgus, et polnud sooja vett, lahenduseks anti meile lisatuba (1 toaline), et pesta ennast. Tuba asus 4ndal korrusel, meie tuba aga 2korrusel. Teenindajad proovisid endast parima anda, et lahendus leida. Küll lubati meile lounge jaoks sooduskaarte, aga need meieni ei jõudnud kahjuks.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli kattava. Syyslomalaisia oli aamupalalla aikamoiseksi ruuhkaksi asti, joten oli hiukan ahdasta.
Huonepalvelusta tilattiin illalla ruokaa ja se toimi aika mukavasti. Kirjautuminen hotelliin toimi hyvin omatoimisesti.

Cons:

Huoneen sänky oli montulla ja tyyny liian iso omaan makuun. Olisi pitänyt tilata respasta jokin muu tyyny.

Pros:

Das Hotel war nahe der Straßenbahn und in Gehweite zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Der Spabereich war leider nicht das, was ich erwartete. Das Wasser hatte nur 28Grad, war sehr kalt.
Leider gab es nur eine Klimaanlage, kein Fenster zu öffnen.
Die Dusche konnte man nicht verstellen - ich musste jedes Mal Haare mitwaschen, ohne ging es nicht.
Das Zimmer wird nur jeden 3. Tag gereinigt.
Die Matratze auf dem Bett verrutschte ständig.
Beim Frühstück gab es wenig Auswahl.

Talinn ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Sehr umfangreicher und schöner Spa. Die Lage ist genial. Personal sehr nett, auch wenn es ein Missverständnis wegen des Parkens gab.

Cons:

Alles O.K. , die Parkplatzmiete für 17€ draußen und 25€ für die Tiefgarage ist zu etwas zu hoch.

Perfect location. Comfortable experience.
Pros:

Great location. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. The Spa was also nice, but we didn’t use it a lot, it seemed a bit too busy in the evening. The staff was very nice as well

Cons:

The shower. The shower head can’t be removed, it’s just up there. I find that very strange for a fancy hotel. It takes so much more time to take a shower especially washing my hair, it is always miserable. I honestly didn’t expect this from a fancy hotel.
