La chambre assez vieillotte (surtout la salle de bain)
La climatisation qui fait énormément de bruit et peu efficace. Donc impossible de rafraîchir la chambre et de la couper, on devait la laisser en continu. Les nuits n’ont pas été reposantes.

Die Aussicht von Zimmer 507 (Suite) auf den See ist unschlagbar.
Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Der Lärm der Straße, die direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft und die fehlende Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. In der (ansonsten genialen) Dusche fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetikartikel.
Besser wären fest installierte, nachfüllbare Duschgelbehälter statt der kleinen Fläschchen (mit sehr guter Qualität)

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Nahe der Altstadt und diversen Lokalen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war sehr alt und klein. Wir hatten nur eine Badewanne als Douche ohne Glas oder Vorhang, daher war der Boden immer nass. Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich.

Top Lage, sehr netter Empfang, ruhig besonders die Zimmer zum Pool, insgesamt recht unkompliziert, Parksituation recht eng aber dafür wird das Auto vom Personal eingeparkt was sehr hilft. Zimmer mit Seeblick sind sicher toll.

Cons:

Zimmer von der Ausstattung je nach Stand der Modernisierung sehr unterschiedlich, unseres gehörte eher zu den älteren Modellen entsprechend war auch das Bad (z.B. Dusche in Badewanne), ausserdem hellhörig, bei uns war der Aufzug gut zu hören. Hilfsbereites Personal, nicht unbedingt jedoch beim Frühstücksservice, hier eher genervt und damit unhöflich wirkend

Bene ma non benissimo.
Pros:

Gentilezza e humor dei camerieri.
La cucina del ristorante raffinata è ricercata, forse porzioni un po' giuste.
Colazione internazionale ed eccezionale.

Cons:

Abbiamo pernottato una notte in camera delle dimensioni previste, era posizionata al quarto piano nell'angolo dell'hotel e la vista lago come prenotato non era proprio eccellente.
Non si sentiva il rumore della strada ma la doccia è lo sciacquone del bagno dei vicini sì.
Accolti da personale molto simpatico e disponibile.
Un plauso ai camerieri per l'ironia e la carineria con gli ospiti (bar compreso).
Prima della doccia ci siamo accorti che mancava un asciugamano grande (la camera era una doppia) e chiediamo telefonicamente alla reception, non abbiamo potuto attendere oltre i 15 minuti perché avevamo prenotato il ristorante per cui ci siamo arrangiati con gli altri teli disponibili, tornati in camera avevamo entrambi gli asciugamani sostituiti.
Abbiamo fruito il primo giorno della piscina, bisognerebbe rivedere i bulloni delle sdraio perché i tettucci non tenevano, come i nostri anche altri.
Il set cortesia un po' scarso o per lo meno non adeguato ad un 4 stelle, in Valle d'Aosta per esempio abbiamo trovato molte più cose come es. cotton fioc.
In una camera doppia e per una notte, 2 botticini piccoli di doccia shampoo non bastano perché la doccia viene effettuata sia il primo che il secondo giorno dopo la notte (almeno).
Probabilmente a Stresa il 4 stelle è pari ad un 3 stelle di altre città turistiche italiane.
