Cons:

The layout for breakfast wasn’t good it was very congested. Made it hard for people to get thru.
Pool was very small. With just our party in it was fine there were 9 of us in it then a few other kids come and without 12 of us it was to many.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. It provided us the space we needed for 4 people. My teenager enjoyed having the living room to himself.

Stay was outstanding despite booking service issue and having to pay twice (later hotel refunded us)
Pros:

The facility overall was well-maintained, with very comfortable beds and a large and comfortable area for computer work and eating breakfast.

Cons:

Payment coordination issue between Booking.com and hotel. The hotel did not see the reservation, so I had to share the Booking.com reservation number and start a new reservation and pay at the hotel. Difficult reaching Booking.com for support on the issue.

Affordable and comfortable for family of 6
Pros:

This was a great place to put our heads down for a night while we were passing through TN. As a family of 6, we needed affordable and comfortable and this worked.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a leak in one of their ceiling tiles in the hallway and so they had a large trashcan outside the rooms catching the leak. It looked a little sketchy and our daughter got food poisoning from the sausage at their continental breakfast. 😬 we also didn’t like how busy the road was out front- very commercialized and lots of traffic.
