Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chile are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Posizione perfetta, stanza grande, bagno e doccia molto confortevoli. Bellissima vista dalla nostra stanza. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto per sistemare il televisore (non riuscivamo a capire come usare le diverse applicazioni) e ci hanno mandato un tecnico in stanza. Purtroppo uno di noi si è anche ammalato e ci hanno inviato un infermiere in camera. Direi che il servizio è stato impeccabile.
La colazione era molto buona ma me la aspettavo più ricca e variegata.

Ubicación. La cercanía con la playa, y con el centro de Viña.
Las instalaciones envejecidas, el servicio de desayuno de un estándar medio-bajo. En los alrededores no había o no se veía cuidado policial, muchos indigentes.

Para ser un Hotel 5 estrellas, falto una cafetera, un hervidor en la habitación, los dispensarios de alcohol en los ascensores estaban siempre vacíos
Location is good.
The hotel has been left to age. The breakfast was very limited on selection. I had to ask for eggs to be prepared. We have stayed several times at this hotel, but it is slowly aging and service is not what it used to be.

The girl on reception was lovely and very friendly and helpful with the check in. The room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful view. Parking was easy and free. Nice walk along the sea front and close to the bars and restaurants.
Had one of the best steaks I’ve ever tasted in the restaurant and the pool upstairs is good.
Casino downstairs is ok and there is no noise to the rooms.
Nothing to dislike really, the breakfast could do with being a bit better.
Nos gustó mucho la recepción, la habitación y su extraordinaria ubicación
El servicio de habitación. Tuvimos que llamar 3 o 4 veces a personal de recepción para efecto de solicitar confort, siendo atendidos por una agradable señorita que decía no se preocupe enseguida doy aviso. En resumen, esto tardo más de 30 minutos y la persona cuando llegó a la habitación al reclamarle la situación indicó que recién le habían avisado y en concreto poco antes que llegaran a dejar el confort tuve que salir de la habitación para asistir a algún baño del piso 2, fue cuando encontré un carro cerca del ascensor y saqué de ahí un confort devolviéndome a la habitación. Siendo una situación muy desagradable e incómoda, por algo tan doméstico, que empañó nuestra estadía y salida del hotel
