ولا شي الستاف قليل ادب واخصاً الحريم السعر مقابل الخدمه سيئة غير متعاونين وغير متفهمين واذا جاي من طيارة رحلة طويلة وطلبت ان تدخل مبكر كانه تطلب منهم يدخلونك الجنة

بس السرير مريح الباقي كل مزعج اولا الدخول الموظفين اغبياء وفوق هذا غير متعاونين وكل شي زيادة فلوس على اي شي ودهم حتى الهوا تدفع فلوسه ولاتدفعون بالكي نت يبوقون الفلوس وانا طالعه للمطار سحبوا مرتين ولم رجعت لهم سويت لهم سالفة باللوبي طلع المدير من جحره يسوي نفسه ان مساعدنا ومعطينا من جيسه بعد اسبوع يتواصل معانا يعتذر يقول المبلغ موجود بالفندق ومأتم استرجاعه سيئين واخصا ام كاري وجه البومه

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton exceeded all expectations and was truly a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, every moment reflected thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality, and several staff members especially left a lasting impression on me.

First, I would like to sincerely thank Nora for assisting with the check-in process. She was highly professional yet warm and welcoming, creating a wonderful first impression from the very beginning. Her English communication was natural and polished, and she carried herself with confidence while still making guests feel comfortable and cared for. Thanks to her, my excitement for the stay grew even more.

I would also like to compliment 文㛓 from housekeeping. The room was cleaned and organized beautifully every day, and I could tell great attention had been paid even to the smallest details. What impressed me most was how smoothly the staff communicated with one another, which allowed me to enjoy my stay comfortably without any inconvenience.

The most memorable moment, however, was the birthday surprise prepared by Angie for my mother. The thoughtful birthday decorations touched both of us deeply and made the celebration incredibly special. It was far more than a simple event—it became a precious memory that we will cherish for a long time.

As a student, I once read a book about The Ritz-Carlton’s service philosophy, which gave me a deep admiration for the brand. Through this stay, I was finally able to experience that reputation firsthand. I completely understood why so many people speak so highly of The Ritz-Carlton’s service, and it made me want to visit other Ritz-Carlton hotels in different cities as well.

Thanks to Nora, Angie, and 文㛓, this trip became a truly unforgettable experience for both my mother and me. I sincerely appreciate all of your kindness and hospitality once again.
