Excellent customer service, great location
The Staff was exceptional. The location was Amazing. I will be returning. The restaurants was tasty clean and accommodating. Loved the Casino. Everything was so eye appealing. Thanks for the complimentary drinks by the pool.

I loved everything with this hotel but one thing really got me..
I have traveled to alot of hotels in never been to one that had to pay for heating up ur food for 32 dollars...did not come with a microwave n it was 5 of us..

Great check in with Nelson and Rafael! Lobby bar was very good - bartenders able to tend to everyone and be very efficient and courteous. Definitely upgrade to a room with plunge pool - totally worth it. Suites with city views not that great.
City view is very noisy due to the cars passing by with loud music and the street peddlers playing loud music with their speakers all day and night
Security kept stopping people of color if they were staying at the hotel. The wrist bands are to small and tight to constantly wear
