Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke

The hotel is a little bit dated but still spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and lovely staff. Pool surrounds are relatively small but never an issue getting a sunbed in our 3 day stay and the pool itself is a good length to swim. Gym has plenty of up to dat cardio equipment / weights etc. Excellent choice at breakfast, albeit some products not the best quality (eg pastries and bread) but that was hardly an issue given the selection (and that we preferred the Asian foods, anyway. All staff at breakfast were super polite, friendly and helpful, especially those catering for the diamond members. Executive chef a nice chap, too, and the team in the Exec lounge could not help enough (special mention to Tam, Beer and Aomam. Location good for wandering out and public transport links. Would not hesitate to return.

What I like the most about of whole staying is service quality from the staffs at breakfast team. Especially, Joy was very friendly and warm towards the guests to usher and assist. Ole and Game were also so lovely towards me and everyone.

This was my first visit to the Hilton Hotel in Bangkok. Tanwi's thoughtful consideration and the warm smiles and service from Ball & Nine & Beer have left an unforgettable impression. Thanks to your service, I plan to book this place again on my next visit to Bangkok. I highly recommend this place.

Only issue is the desk chairs are quite old and need replacing.

Jui, concierge, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous in assisting my husband with surprising me with 1 dozen red roses for our 8-,year anniversary. He also assisted us with obtaining transportation via Grab when we couldn't connect with the driver. He assisted in making our stay here and anniversary a memorable experience .

I stayed at Hilton Grande Asoke 14-16 July. My 14th floor room faces the major junction between Montri Asoke and Sukhumvit Road. While it offers a great skyline view, there was also a fair bit of traffic noise. For my second night, I requested for a change to a higher floor and was eventually assigned a 26th floor room. This room had the exact same layout, but was decidedly better maintained and didn’t look as worn as the first. In both rooms, the air conditioning was super at keeping me cool in this heatwave; water pressure was also good; there was a handspray in the toilet. A major standout here was the staff - they were warm and helpful. I also would like to commend Khun Jam for accommodating my request for a room change, and concierge James for his enthusiasm and zeal. That said, it’s really hard to ignore the fact that the hotel really needs a refresh. Everything just looks so old and worn (although it was slightly better in higher executive floor room). At the very bare minimum, a soft refurbishment - new carpets, new curtains, and most importantly, new mattresses - is quite urgently needed. This hotel has so much potential - it is time to put the Grande back in Hilton Grande Asoke.

Spent some time in Hotel Lobby Bar watching sports and enjoying Ambiance. Specifically I consumed two cocktails, the Sumkumvit Smoke and the Amandaman Breeze. These were extremely tasteful and good. Kudos to the wonderful bartenders Talay and Ten ( yes, Ten).
Very friendly young ladies and very talented at mixing cocktails! My next visit to Bangkok will include a stay at the Hilton Grand Asoke.

We recently brought a VIP golf group of 12 guests to Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke for 4 nights stay, including a Welcome & Farewell Dinner, and cocktail dinner each evening. I can't thank the Banquet team enough for making the entire experience so smooth and memorable.

From the planning stage right through to the final day, everything was handled brilliantly. The chefs even created a special Indian menu for our guests, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

A huge thank you to Khun Eak, Khun Deang, Khun Pui, Khun Oat, and Khun Chok. Whether front of house or behind the scenes, everyone worked together seamlessly. The venue was set up well in advance, everything was exactly where it should be, every detail was taken care of, which meant I could focus entirely on my clients, knowing the Hilton team had everything under control.

A very special thank you to Khun Plaa, who was simply amazing. Always one step ahead, always smiling, and always ready to help. You’re truly on top of everything! No request was ever too much, and you made what could have been a busy business trip feel so comfortable and welcoming.

To the entire Banquet team, thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness. You made a lasting impression on both me and my clients.

Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke has become my favorite place to stay in BKK. I look forward to bringing many more groups back in the future.
