Outstanding service, kind and attentive staff at the reception desk, an impeccably clean room, and a huge, incredibly comfortable bed. I am absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this hotel!

What a contrast I experienced in this hotel, located in what might seem like a provincial city, compared to the hotels I stayed in Venice and Milan just a week earlier. It was truly like night and day.

And I am not only talking about comfort and convenience, but even more about the kindness, warmth, and genuine helpfulness of the people working at this hotel—and, in fact, throughout the city. The nearby cafés and restaurants also contributed to this atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality.

In short, I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful days I spent in this beautiful city. They will remain among my fondest travel memories.

Warm, friendly stay in a great location.
Pros:

Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Checked us in early and securely stored our bags while the room was being readied allowing us to explore the city unencumbered.
