Me encantó la ubicación, el personal super amable, los desayunos muy delis, muy limpio, buenas instalaciones. Lo único es que le falta a/c y a veces hacia algo de calor y se batallaba para conciliar el sueño, pero es realmente porque donde soy hace bastante calor y estamos acostumbrados al a/c pero sobre el hotel estuvo 10/10. Si volvería a quedarme ahi.

Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Muy céntrico y con un servicio de desayuno muy bueno en calidad y precio.
El personal de limpieza y restaurante muy atento y servicial.
El hotel realmente es hermoso.

Cons:

El primer día estuvimos sin luz ni agua caliente desde las 10 pm hasta el dia siguiente pasado el medio dia. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y la señora de recepción con muy mala actitud nos dijo que solamente podía ofrecernos una habitación para los 7 adultos que íbamos. Pedimos reembolso y no acepto porque a su jefe no le gustaba que se hicieran cambios de habitaciones. Al ver que no íbamos aceptar lo que nos proponía aceptó de mala gana que nos reasignaran otras habitaciones.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro histórico de Guanajuato, muy cerca de la Plaza de la Paz. Un punto muy destacable es que el taxi o Uber te deja justo en la puerta del hotel, algo que resulta muy conveniente considerando la gran cantidad de callejones y calles de acceso limitado que tiene la ciudad.

El personal es extremadamente amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda (10/10) y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para que la estadía sea inmejorable. Además, el ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.

El desayuno es excelente, con varias opciones para todos los gustos y de muy buena calidad.

Sin duda, es un hotel totalmente recomendado. Me atrevería a decir que es uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en Guanajuato.

It could have been better.
Pros:

Mr. Fernando's service at the restaurant was excellent, all the staff were very friendly with the exception of the man who works the afternoon shift at reception.

Cons:

FALSE ADVERTISING. Booking.com advertises rooms with coffee makers, but these are nonexistent.The hotel staff offer to provide one in the room, but never do. When you request it, the make receptionist who works the afternoon shift is very rude, saying they haven't had coffee makers since the pandemic.
The room doesn't have air conditioning, only a floor fan, and the mattress is very hot.
The television is very old and doesn't have access to apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or others that would allow you to choose what to watch. All the television channels are in Spanish, and there's no way to change the language to English or turn on English subtitles.
People who can't be out all day or sightseeing, needs these conditions to be improved.

The hotel represents the Spirit of Guanajuato!
Pros:

E writhing exceeded our expectations. We were referred to the hotel by a good friend. We need to send her a bottle of tequila as a big thank you!!!
