Di grand hotel ha solo il nome!

La camera e gli ambienti comuni erano puliti. Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Struttura datata priva di servizi. Colazione scadente in confronto alle ricche prelibatezze della Campania. Caffè a colazione terrificante, come pure le tovagliette di carta sul tovagliato in tessuto.
Il servizio a colazione stile anni 80, sparecchiano con carrelli ammassando i resti del cibo che nemmeno alla mensa industriale!
Mobilio vecchio e usurato, come pure le porte e i battiscopa. Personale svogliato e per nulla accogliente, che dovrebbe anche stare più attento alle prenotazioni: rischiavo di pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno perché una l’ha riscossa Booking e arrivato in struttura mi hanno fatto pagare nuovamente la tassa di soggiorno. La mattina successiva però ho ben spiegato l’accaduto e ho ricevuto il rimborso.
Servizio da pensione a 2 stelle e non certo da grand hotel!
Rapporto qualità prezzo per nulla conveniente!

Llegamos a las 11 y no hicieron por adelantarnos el checkin siendo un hotel bastante grande y se veía con poca gente. Cuando volvimos a las dos menos diez para hacer el checkin aún así la chica de la recepción nos puso mala cara mirando el reloj porque aún no eran las dos. Estando ya por la noche en nuestra habitación a las 23:30 pm entró una pareja en la habitación porque le habían dado la misma habitación que la nuestra… y el desayuno para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas muy flojo y mesas muy incómodas.
