We appreciated the shuttle from the airport.
Our room was not clean, the couch and trundle mattress were pretty dirty and we needed someone to sleep on them. Breakfast was out of many items. We waited for eggs and bagels and they never came.
We stayed here because of an early flight. The shuttle was a huge help with us returning the rental car in the evening and getting us to the airport in the morning.
Clean. Close to DEN. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large room. Comfortable beds.

Room I booked wasn’t above, told I booked a king, but confirmation indicated 2 queens. At 2 in the morning was to tire to correct the desk agent
Whilst I booked and paid for 3 rooms but unfortunately myself and my husband were held up at New York airport so could not really comment as we did not stay but did meet our friends there when we managed to get back and it appeared to be exactly the same as the Spring Hill suites in Colorado Springs which was excellent .
Free airport shuttle, kind Staff, clean room
Location is great! Beds were really comfortable. Nice trundle bed rather than pull out couch.
Front desk staff were very friendly.
Coffee maker was missing tray for coffee. I phoned front desk and they said they would look for one and bring it up. I guess they never found one, because they didn't bring one up.
Others have commented on the excellent job the breakfast buffet crew does to place this free breakfast buffet head and shoulders above most others .
Lisa was great and made sure I felt welcomed.
Comfortable Bed after 28 hours of airport transit, humorous man at the desk to greet me, Then had to wake up early to get going and the breakfast was all stocked up by Lisa who asked how I was doing, well worth it!
Great hotel. Great location yet very friendly staff! From check in at 2330 to the breakfast staff. Thank you for a quiet restful night.
