طاقم الفندق كان متعاون جدا.
السعر مناسب بالنسبة لموقع الفندق.
الغرفة نظيفة ويتم تنظيفها وتغيير المناشف يوميا.
وجبات الغداء أحيانا ممكن كمية (حجم) الوجبة تكون قليلة.
الحمام في الغرفة لا يوجد به شطاف داخلي أو خارجي. والحوض صغير والحنفية على الطرف فالوضوء مثلا هيكون صعب شوية. (كنت أتوضئ باستخدام الدوش لأنه أسهل)
الاسانسير أوقات الباب بتاعه مش بيرضى يقفل (بيقعد يفتح ويقفل).
التلفاز في الغرفة لا يوجد عليه غير القليل جدا من القنوات وأغلبها باللغة الفرنسية.
لكن عموما دي نقاط للتطوير ولا تمنع الإقامة في الفندق إذا كان سعره مناسب.

Room was decent enough, and the location was, while not super centrally located, decent enough to walk from. For the price, it was ok.
Staff member was very rude when we walked in. We arrived 1 hour before check-in, and he rudely told us "check in is at 2pm', and wouldn't store our bags for us. Weirdly enough, 20 mins later, he checked us in early.
This same person was speaking about my partner in Darija behind her back, thinking she couldn't understand. Very unprofessional - this person deserves to lose their job.
Also - if you are a non-married couple that includes a Moroccan, be weary. They have multiple responses to bookers on their hotel page saying that it's fine for non-married partners to stay together. However upon arrival, they said it wasn't and refused to acknowledge what was on their page.
It's their hotel and ultimately they can do what they want, however we booked it specifically for this reason - and in the end were forced to book another room.
The stay itself wasn't too bad, other than the bathroom sink flooding. I would have stayed there again due to the price, however after how we were treated, it's left a big stain on the reputation. I stay in a lot of their hotels around Europe for work, and never usually have bad experiences. Staff can make or break a hotel - in the case, break.
