Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit kostenloser Nutzung der Therme.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber nicht schön angerichtet. Das Nachfüllen ließ außerdem auf sich warten.

Awesome big clean and calm hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Large, very clean, calm, awesome rich breakfast, cozy spa. Personnel is helpful and nice. Location is great, close to the ferry, and to hike starting points.

Cons:

Very expensive parking. Also there was no tea/coffe available during the day (only payed at the bar) - no pot in the room or in the common area.

Sehr gutes Hotel, angenehmes Personal, gutes Essen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, bei Anreise mit Auto ist die Tiefgarage sehr schön. Nettes Städtchen zum bummeln, ansonsten sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für die Ziele in der Nähe.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schön großes Bad.
Fantastisches Frühstück. Insgesamt, also auch zum Abendessen, war die Küche sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter*innen im Gastro-Bereich waren sehr aufmerksam und höflich.
Netter Spa-Bereich

Cons:

Leider hatten wir nur Fenster zum Innenhof - dafür aber schön ruhig.
Die Minibar war leer.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber Speck und Rührei waren nicht so toll, dafür gutes Brot. Genial ist das Hallenbad.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Bad war völlig mit Rost überzogen. Das sah nicht so toll aus.

A Truly Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Hotel Elbresidenz an der Therme offers a luxurious, beautifully maintained stay with exceptionally kind and professional staff who speak excellent English. Our spacious room had a lovely balcony with a city view, and the fresh, varied breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the spa, beautiful pool, and a memorable evening at the bar, where the bartender prepared delicious shrimp pasta while live music played. One of my best recent hotel experiences—I highly recommend it and would gladly return.
