Pros:

Our stay at Hospes Amérigo from 8–12 May was truly wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, beautifully designed, and everything feels fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully curated.

What deserves special recognition, however, is the remarkable team. The level of professionalism throughout the hotel was outstanding and made our experience even more memorable.

A special thank you to Christina G, who was always incredibly polite and helped us efficiently and seamlessly with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.

Many thanks as well to Jose, who was consistently attentive and always ready to assist with genuine care.

And finally, my heartfelt gratitude to Ivan, who not only demonstrated exceptional professionalism, but also brought such warmth and kindness that he made our stay feel truly special on a personal level.

Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience in Alicante. We would be delighted to return.

Awesome Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was wonderful from the moment I checked in until I left. The room was spacious and well appointed. I had a treatment at the Spa and that was wonderful as well. Everyone did well with my broken Spanish - even though most everyone spoke English. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Most enjoyable stay
Pros:

In Hospes Amerigo ATM. Having stayed in many hotels in Alicante, I believe this is the best choice of location, service, and overall provision of facilities. In what theHotel lacks in terms of seaview , it makes up for with the rooftop pool which offers full Restaurant service and a lovely quiet oasis where you can read and enjoy a sauna or swim.

The standard of housekeeping is excellent and rooms, while not spacious offer a balcony, lovely artisan products and fully stocked mini bar. The glassware and linens are if a high quality. The staff are professional and unobtrusive. Thank you for the gift of sparkling water and sweet treats.

The wait staff in Hospes Amerigo deserve a particular mention. They are helpful, warm and truly accommodating. Desi manages to work on the rooftop and dining room all the while maintaining a kindly disposition and meeting the needs of guests seamlessly. Looking forward to my next visit!
