La habitación francamente mala con mucha luz no se podía dormir y encima con mucho ruido en el ático y encima había que subir escaleras del tercero cuarto piso vamos son raros fatal

Pros:

Todo. La habitación bonita y amplia. Botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. La cama muy cómoda.
Todo el personal muy amable.

Por último, está muy bien situado. A un paso de la explanada, el ayuntamiento y la playa.

Deliciosa por el equipo humano del hotel en todos sus departamentos!

Especialmente la ubicación, la amplitud, la comodidad, pero lo que hizo la estancia extraordinariamente agradable fue todo el equipo humano del hotel y de cada uno de los departamentos; recepción, mozos, pisos, Room Service, spa, restaurante, etc. Aunque parezca una obviedad es cada día más difícil ver a todo un equipo de personas trabajando para el bien del cliente!

Cons:

Los baños, las toallas. Los baños estaban muy deficientes de comodidades y de mantenimiento. Impropio de un hotel como este. Las toallas muy mejorables de color, suavidad y gramaje.

Pros:

Fourth visit there and has always exceeded our expectations! On three visits we have had a suite and on each occasion the experience was well worth the additional cost. Attentive staff at all levels within the hotel! Hotel situated two roads back from the Harbour, Cafes and Bars.

Cons:

Take a Satnav with you, particularly if you have reserved parking in the hotel's underground car park!! It can be challenging navigating the local Alicante streets if you miss the entrance.

I am not going to book this hotel again for my next stay in Alicante.
Pros:

Hotel location was perfect and personel was very helpful.

Cons:

We were very disappointed due to received room. Our window was very small , facing internal well.
I did not feel comfortable being inside because of lack of day light. Almost as in a den.
In addition it took 24 hours to fix problem with our safe.

Pros:

It’s just one block from the beach, near the old town, elegant and with a roof pool. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

Cons:

It can be noisy but only as you would expect with a hotel in the town centre.
