Another beautiful stay in Alicante
Pros:

The staff are excellent. From the moment we drove in to the hotel they were delighted to assist us. The location is also excellent as if the rooftop pool.

Location and staff were impeccable

Cons:

They were having an issue with their air-conditioning, which meant that our room would not lower it in temperature. They very generously reduce the rate of our room as a result and were very approachable about it.
