Sehr freundliches Personal. Schnelle Hilfestellung per Mail und Aufmerksam.
Drucker musste genutzt werden. Finde toll das hier Hilfe geleistet wurde aber leider nicht kommuniziert das pro Seite Kosten an den Gast verrechnet werden. Pro Seite wurde überdurchschnittlich viel verlangt für wenig Seiten und leider nur schwarz weiss Ausdruck.
Service sollte in dieser kleinen Menge inkl. sein und/oder Kosten kommuniziert werden und nicht einfach beim Checkout verrechnen ohne vorab Kommunikation.

Organización del desayuno. No pueden dejar que la gente se siente libremente. No había mesa y gente por el restaurante dando vueltas . Tiene que haber una recepcionista en el restaurante.

Excelente opción. Ubicación muy céntrica, hicimos recorridos a pié, nos gusta caminar pues nos da la oportunidad de conocer los alrededores. Hay servicio de taxi por si se requiere. El desayuno estaba incluído. La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. El personal muy amable. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.
No es que no me haya gustado, solo pienso que si ofrecieran botella de agua de cortesía sería un plus.
