Amazing location and facilities.

Cons:

The Holiday Club presentation was quite disappointing. We were invited to attend a meeting, but it quickly felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch.

The representatives were very persistent, and at times came across as quite rude. When we said we wanted some time to think about the proposal, one of the ladies told us that if we weren’t sure, then the Holiday Club probably wasn’t for us and the answer should be no. She also asked, “Don’t you like holidays?” in what felt like a sarcastic tone while trying to convince us to sign up.

We understand they are there to sell the membership, but considering how expensive the program is, we expected a more professional and respectful approach. Taking time to think before making a major financial commitment should be completely reasonable.

lovely stay for a family
Pros:

Modern rooms, large comfortable beds, great location short walk to a beautiful beach - little supermarket next door which was useful.

Cons:

the stairs up to the room very very step which is hard with a young child and kids playroom is dated, needs more toys/ a refresh

Great facilites, comforatable room with a lovely view.
Pros:

Our room was in a good position with a lovely view from the balcony. The room was comfortable and the facilities were great.

Cons:

There were a couple fo things that weren't clean, however this was not a major concern for us.

Pros:

On the beachfront with easy access. The pools were great. We enjoyed an excellent pizza at the Pizzaria.

Cons:

The guest constantly smoking outside our balcony room. We had to keep the doors shut.

Very enjoyable stay except for a couple of hiccups, which is ashame.
Pros:

We stayed in a 2x2 apartment on the ground floor it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and close to indoor pool which was lovely and warm. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Yes I’d stay again.

Cons:

Seeing we had a 2 bedroom apartment I was surprised there was only parking for 1 car. I had no problems parking out the front. But when we went out 1 night for tea, when we got back there were no parking spaces out front. I went in and asked the receptionist if anywhere inside I could put my car for the night she said I could park across the road or at shopping centre. I was aghast as for I have a new car, I got her to call her manager to sort things out and it was quickly solved. I would say if you want us to
Park in front of resort to have plenty of parking for everyone. My tv in my room every time I went to watch movie got half way through it would cut off, a bit disappointing.

Beautiful location, apartment and facilities.
Pros:

We loved the apartment, location and the staff.

Cons:

The only thing that was annoying was the issue with connectivity with the internet and how it affected TV reception and phones when using WFI. It obviously only was an issue at night when we were in our apartment.
