Poor Security on site
Pros:

Location, My truck was vandalized and also a car stolen an multiple car vandalized too. All this during the morning of July 16 2026 around 6:30am and a security on site that is so creazy all this in front of the Hotel this is something that is keep going and is like no one care about what happen here. You call Police they give you a report number and good luck. Hotel knows that they have to duplicate they security for the safety of the people staying in this Hotel but whit a simple report and a sorry of what happen is ok for them and that is not going to cover your damage and time plus a day lost at work. And I have a Video how this people vandalized if They don’t respond I will put Video.

Pros:

Very clean staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Not enough grab bars in the bathroom and the tub. They need more walk in showers for disabled ppl.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the people were nice and hospitable. Most of my request were promptly met.

Cons:

It was kind of humid in the hallways, but the room air worked well. My bathroom door didn’t lock. Which for my teenager was a down side. (You know privacy is the most crucial for that age.) All was well over all.

I loved the location...it was across the street from the mall and Walmart was within walking distance ...I also like 24hr coffee access

Cons:

You could hear people coming in and out of their rooms....so it always sounded like someone was coming into my room.

Good overall
Pros:

Only had oatmeal with the packet of dried fruits (which was an excellent idea) and nuts. Also coffee--half regular/half decaf which was good

Cons:

tub shower had good water pressure and good drainage. don't think it was replaced with the bathroom renovation
Heard footsteps from above.

Bad Customer Service
Pros:

The front desk worker on 6/25 at 11PM was very rude and unhelpful. When I checked in I asked for a water after a 12 long travel day and he refused to give me one. I even offered to pay multiple times. He didn’t care and told me to go to the gas station across the street. There is a sign in the lobby that clearly states they have water.

Vehicle broken into. Stay away from area
Pros:

Vehicle break in happens regularly. Multiple Vehicle hit on June 20th. Truck was broken into and possessions stolen. Hotel staff dis not warn when checking in. Happened for multiple nights . Stay far away from the area

Not happy
Pros:

The breakfast, room was ok.

Cons:

When I checked in the woman was very rude. I feel I was overcharged. The room wasnt anything like the pics it was very small. Didn't feel we got what we paid for. Two vehicles were broken into next to my car. Glass was everywhere. Will not stay again that is for sure!!! And still waiting for deposit i wasnt made aware of when I booked the room.
