We made sure to book a hotel with a hot tub
Cons:

Pictures of hotel showed a hot tub by the pool. The hot tub had been completely removed. We specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub.

Not good.
Cons:

The staff was rude. We were told they would call us when our room was ready and didn’t. We booked a 2 Queen bed room and were given a 1 bed queen with a pull out couch. That was not comfortable. We asked to be moved and were told there were no rooms. Asked to talk to a manager and they wouldn’t get her. Was told they would call the day of checkout to see if they could refund us, never heard back from them.
