Pros:

Great location. Awesome staff. Jerome is awesome. He asked what my granddaughter’s names were when we checked in and greeted them like they were royalty when we would come back!

Close to the airport
Pros:

The hotel as a whole is clean and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which is why we chose this hotel. We will book again.

Mediocre and going down hill on every stay.
Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

evening staff dressed horribly on check in. Jeans falling off below rear end. Carpets in hallways stained. Shuttle driver rude.

Room VERY dark. Light bulbs burnt out and VERY low wattage.

It was close by Mall of America. We had a shuttle to/ from mall & airport. Really convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was great. They need a spoon or ladle for the pancake mix. Bed was comfy.

The breakfast was ok just needed a ladle for the pancake mixture.

The parking on Friday night was limited. We had to park at the adjacent hotel because there were no available spots. This hotel allows airport parking which resulted in limited parking for hotel guests.
