Extraordinary building and courtyard in historic location
Pros:

Most beautiful and charming place full of history in a secluded alley way in the midst of the historic centre. Very cosy courtyard that invites one to sit down and relax after exploring the area including the impressive ancient baths next door. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely garden but not very friendly staff

No smile, no welcome, no map of places to go
We weren’t impressed

We weren’t allowed to hang out our wet towels from the beach and bathers so they were wet all the time

Tuvimos problemas con una llave para acceder a nuestra habitación porque no quisieron darnos el código de entrada. Al llegar después de cenar, la llave no funcionó y nos abrió una clienta desde dentro. Está dejado, con cantidad de cosas que restaurar
Caro para las condiciones en las que está el hotel
El edificio es muy bonito pero las habitaciones están poco resrauradas
En todos los hoteles de Sicilia nos han dado una botella de agua excepto en este

L’emplacement.
La petite cours intérieur magnifique avec des fauteuils pour se poser.
La chambre était très bien.
La gentillesse de la jeune femme pour le Check in.

Cons:

A la réception une dame dédaigneuse sur son téléphone qui ne répond pas quand on lui dit bonjour et qui appelle sa collègue pour faire le Check out. A questa persona : Sorridere e salutare sono gratis :)

Logement avec beaucoup de charme

Très belle adresse, idéalement située en plein centre de Syracuse, dans un magnifique bâtiment qui donne beaucoup de charme au logement.
L'appartement est spacieux, calme, joliment aménagé et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite terrasse privative, où l'on pouvait apercevoir la mer.
Un logement plein de charme, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Syracuse à pied.
Nous avons passé un beau séjour de trois nuits.

Cons:

Seul bémol : la qualité de l'eau nous a malheureusement rendus malades.
Aucun message ou avertissement n'indiquait que l'eau du robinet était impropre à la consommation ou déconseillée.
Une information à ce sujet serait appréciable.
