הצוות נהדר ומסביר פנים, עוזרים בכל פנייה. הספא כולל בריכה 2 סאונות ג'קוזי. הכל נקי מאוד.,במיוחד נציין את מארק, שהוא אחראי הספא. שכל הזמן דאג , ניגש ושאל לשלומנו ורצונותינו, ואף פינק אותנו בריחות טובים בסאונה היבשה.. למי שמתחיל ההרים מסביב לזקופנה הספא הוא מקום מצויין להירגע ולנוח!
ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת ועשירה.
מיקום המלון הוא מצויין ברחוב הראשי אבל ללא רעש.
לכל חדר יש מרפסת אל הנוף.

Było okej ale zdecydowanie za wysoka cena w stosunku do jakości.
Pros:

Dobre śniadanie, lokalizacja blisko centrum. Nie było problemu ze wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniem. Całkiem wygodne łóżka i mimo pokoju od strony ulicy nie było tak głośno.

Cons:

Zasłonka przy prysznicu, fatalny pomysł. Nie jest to zbyt higieniczne, tak samo jak dywan na podłodze. W wannie znajdowały się włosy po poprzednich gościach.
Niektóre osoby pracujące na recepcji niezbyt pomocne. Brak informacji, że każda dodawana woda do pokoju jest dodatkowo płatna.
