Bel hôtel,bien placé avec très bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier historique et donne accès à toutes les visites.

Cons:

Les chambres donnant sur la route très bruyantes avec le tram.
Personnel peu souriant et mauvaise gestion pour programmer un taxi pour le retour à l’aéroport.

Nell'insieme, buono. Colazione da migliorare.

La stanza ampia, comoda e spaziosa. Letti comodi.

Cons:

La colazione è da rivedere. Troppo cibo salato, pochissimi dolci solo un misero piattino con pezzetti misti messi tutti attaccati l' uno all'altro, impossible prendere un pezzetto senza far cadere tutto. Latte caldo solo su richiesta, nessuna possibilità di avere un espresso. Marmellata e miele monoporzione, di qualità piuttosto bassa. Buffet posizionato in parte su un bancone bar, molto scomodo tostare il pane, prendere la frutta e i dolci già scarsi. Migliorabile la selezione di the e tisane. Il personale addetto, a mio avviso, non competente, (una sola persona) spesso abbiamo dovuto chiedere le cose terminate.
