The reception was always very helpful

Cons:

I don't like room 510. Too small for 2 persons. Pillows in the bed were very thin and as I prefer harder pillows, my sleep quality was poor

Cena ani trochę nie adekwatna do jakości, hotel stary i zaniedbany. Łazienka nadaje się do remontu. Pokoje bardzo małe. Ogólnie nie polecam.

Öll aðstaða slæm; vond lykt, höktandi lyfta, brotnar flísar, ómöguleg sturta, sprungnir veggir, hurð lokaðist illa, mjög hljóðbært milli herbergja og frá gangi. Get ekki mælt með hótelinu í núverandi ástandi.

Una Colazione & Aperitivo con vista spettacolare
Pros:

La posizione di fronte alla sala concerti Harpa (Opera House) è stupenda e la camera, anche se un filo piccolina, era pulita e funzionale.
Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile.
La colazione è ottima e con una buona scelta; inoltre, trovandosi all'ultimo piano, permette di godere di una vista eccezionale sulla baia di Reykjavík che dà davvero molta soddisfazione!
È possibile parcheggiare proprio di fronte all'hotel e raggiungere comodamente a piedi sia il centro della città che la scultura del Sólfar (Sun Voyager) in meno di 10 minuti.
P.S. La sera è anche possibile godersi un aperitivo sempre all'ultimo piano ammirando il panorama

La ubicación y el personal excelentes

Cons:

La experiencia en este hotel no ha cumplido nuestras expectativas, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga.
El desayuno de poca calidad y bastante limitado para la categoría y el precio del establecimiento. La habitación y, especialmente el baño deja mucho que desear. Sería necesario llevar a cabo un buen mantenimiento para estr a la altura de la categoría.

Pros:

Everything was phenomenal from check in to check out. Staff were exceptional and kind. The room was spotless and clean. The Spa was relaxing and cozy. Perfect after a long day of outings or walking around town. The bar was perfect for winding down with an exceptional view of Harpa Concert Hall and the water.

Cons:

The only small thing to comment and I can only speak for our room, but one side of the mattress was broken in to where you could almost feel the base. Nothing major. We switched sides nightly because we like laying on our sides.

The room lacked ventilation. It was stuffy. The shower was a bit awkward to use.

The hotel was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, some venues and bus stops.
Pros:

Location was great for walking and taking a bus. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and easy to access. The ability to store our bags because of an early arrival was good and our room was ready earlier than expected.

Cons:

Extremely small room with an unusual shower setup. Location was on the second floor without much of a view except for a parking lot. The rooftop Sky Lounge was small and loud, and we were told that we could only have a table for an hour. The room was extremely expensive - not a great value.
