Excellent location, friendly staffs, but flushing toilets made so noisy sound
Pros:

The location is excellent! The staffs are very friendly.

Cons:

The toilet makes so noisy sound whenever we flush it. It is inconvenient at night to interrupt others who sleep at the same suite.

Good hotel, if you like big fancy estates
Pros:

Very big hotel! Spacious rooms and amazing views from top floors. Comfortable beds and very quiet!

Cons:

Security deposit from card for 3 room more than 700€ !!! Really too much!

Best hotel for authentic Nanjing experience
Pros:

This is the most famous and historic hotel in Nanjing since 1980s (I grew up there). I finally got the chance to stay and everything exceeded my already high expectations. All staff went out of their way to help us, were super friendly and efficient. The location is the most central in Nanjing, with high quality shopping, food, and kids playground nearby. Room was well maintained and has great view of the city. And you've got to visit the top floor lounge/restaurant in both towers if you can for the panoramic view of the city. The hotel's breakfast and dinner restaurants all have excellent food and service (much better than typical restaurants outside and brings me back childhood memories). All this for a fraction of the price you'd pay for similar quality hotels and restaurants in big cities worldwide.

Fabulous as usual. My 4th visit to this amazing hotel!
Pros:

Room spectacular and the Italian restaurant was delicious!

Cons:

Cocktail bar didn't seem to be really functioning. Staff had little knowledge on the 1st floor.
