El millor , sens dubte, ha estat la ubicació. A les mateixes galeries Umberto, conjunt arquitectònic espectacular. L’hotel és un antic palau que conseva l’identitat del passat. Decoració clàssica majestuosa. Habitacions que et transporten al luxe aristocràtic de fa segles, però amb totes les comoditats actuals. L’esmorzar molt bo i complert. El personal amabilíssim, el que és d’agraïr. I en especial, vull fer esment de la Carolina, qui ens va atendre a l’esmorzar amb una simpatia i amabilitat bestial. Si mai torno a Napols, se quin serà el meu allotjament

Secondo soggiorno in questa struttura ubicata all'interno della Galleria Umberto I; la vista dalla camera si è rivelata, nuovamente, emozionante e splendida. Ambienti eleganti e raffinati
Purtroppo, rispetto al primo soggiorno i servizi si sono rivelati di livello inferiore. Oltre a qualche lacuna nelle forniture (l'asciugacapelli si riscaldava continuamente e rendeva difficile l'utilizzo, nella camera non risultavano presenti pantofole di cortesia) l'aspetto più deludente è stato il comportamento del personale durante la colazione: nella prima mattinata del soggiorno, pur essendo arrivati con un quarto d'ora di anticipo sull'orario di cessazione del servizio, abbiamo trovato una cameriera intenta già a sparecchiare che, appena ci ha visti, ha sottolineato come fossimo arrivati troppo tardi e dovessimo fare in fretta. Nei successivi dieci minuti ci ha sollecitato altre due volte. Il giorno successivo, per evitare un analogo trattamento, siamo arrivati con mezz'ora di anticipo. Un'altra cameriera ci ha accolti sorridente e molto loquacemente, poi però, nell'imminenza dell'orario di termine della colazione ha iniziato a metterci fretta, trattamento invece non riservato ad un altro gruppo di avventori, di lingua tedesca, seduto nel tavolo limitrofo.

Tolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage, eigentlich schon im Herzen Neapels. Von hier aus ist man zu Fuss gleich am Hafen, die Metrostation ist auch ums Eck. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, aber schon ein bisschen älter. Die Klimaanlage war super, bei unserem Besuch hatte es draussen nachts nie unter 27 Grad. Frühstück ist top, auch die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum auf die Galleria Umberto ist super. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Catharina vom Frühstücksteam versprüht permanent gute Laune und erklärt auch alles was man übers Frühstück wissen möchte. ;)
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, besonders Geräusche aus der Galleria Umberto sind nachts deutlich zu hören. Da wir aber grundsätzlich mit dem Einschlafen kein Problem haben, war das für uns kein großes Problem.
This was my first time in Naples, and I didn’t know the area very well. I wanted to stay somewhere central, and I had quite high expectations for this hotel. It is a small hotel, but what really caught my attention was its unique location inside the Galleria Umberto, as well as its beautiful, classic, and distinctive décor.
I have to say, it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and quite unique, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always very kind and attentive. Angelica at reception was also extremely helpful and friendly.
I was given a room upgrade (junior suite)because the room I had originally booked was fully occupied, and they gave me an even better one. So, thank you very much for that! The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a lovely view of the city.
The location is perfect, as it is close to everything, and being inside the Galleria Umberto is definitely one of the highlights. It almost feels like a little peaceful escape from the busy and lively streets of Naples outside.
The hotel is very clean, the breakfast has a great variety of options, and I really enjoyed my stay.
Più che un soggiorno è stata un’esperienza, decisamente positiva. Camera elegante e pulita. Personale accogliente e professionale. Un particolare ringraziamento a Caterina che durante la colazione ci ha raccontato la storia della galleria.

Posizione centralissima, nel complesso una bella struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere belle e spaziose con balconcini attrezzati e comodi. Soffitti affrescati bellissimi.
Ascensore a pagamento (i soldini da utilizzare li fornisce l’hotel) però ascensore lento e molto tempo di attesa.
All’ingresso in stanza spina di fianco al letto rotta, chiamo subito la reception e mi dicono che avrebbero informato il tecnico…in 4 giorni di soggiorno non è arrivato nessuno e ho dovuto caricare uno dei due telefoni in bagno.
Niente cappuccino a colazione ma solo caffè.

Faltan perchas en la habitación ,Aunque no parece importante . El baño pequeño y muy mal rematada la bañera .Se notaba todas las juntas negras .
