Excellent hotel in a great location. Everything was clean, the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was outstanding. A special thanks to Caterina in the breakfast room for her exceptional service, warm smile, and genuine friendliness. She made a great stay even better.

L’hôtel est situé en plein centre, le personnel est sympathique, la chambre était spacieuse et il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner
L’hôtel est mal insonorisé c’est très bruyant, la chambre sentait l’humidité, il y avait d’ailleurs des traces de moisissures au-dessus de la baignoire. Le parking à proximité (celui du château) est très cher 35€ pour une nuit !

The rooms facing the mall are not completely soundproof, so some noise may be heard from outside.
Wonderful location within the beautiful Galleria Umberto I, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and although this is not a modern hotel it was comfortable with wonderful staff, an excellent breakfast and it was a very pleasuable stay.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen durften. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

La posizione è incredibile, nel cuore della città e rende la location veramente magica!! L'ascensore che funziona con 10 cent. all'inizio ci ha un pò preoccupato poi è diventato divertente!!! La colazione ottima!!

Nos tocó una habitación en el piso inferior, que si bien la habitación era enorme y muy linda, teníamos que bajar por las escaleras con las valijas.

The location was superb for our wants! It was clean and the facilities were good. They served a really good breakfast.
You have some steps to climb with suitcases from the taxi drop off area outside. The entrance is inside a gate and sometimes it was closed and we had to wait for someone to come out to go inside to access the elevator to the hotel.
Nos gustó la ubicación en el barrio español donde se vive el ambiente napolitano. Cerca del lungomare que ofrece vistas al Vesubio . En si el hotel está dentro de una bella galería modernista. Hicimos un walking tour y uno de los puntos de visita era esta galería.

Breakfast was buffet style with a nice choice. The Hotels location was excellent for my needs. The staff all seemed very pleasant and helpful.
The room needed a good lick of paint, marks on the walls etc. The bathroom was missing a sink plug, big empty hole, needed a lot of work to get to a 4* standard, plus the water pressure in the shower was pretty useless.

Sin lugar a dudas, lo mejor de la estancia fue el trato recibido. La calidez de Caterina en el desayuno de cada mañana, la alegre sonrisa de Benedetta, y todo el personal al que tuve oportunidad de tratar me hicieron sentir en familia más que en un hotel. Mi agradecimiento a todos.
Por lo demás coincido con la mayoría de los usuarios en una opinión muy favorable en lo referente a instalaciones, limpieza, y al encanto particular de este hotel que, además, goza de una ubicación inmejorable.
