Most convenient for concert at arena
Pros:

Clean, staff was very nice, walking distance to the arena

Cons:

Parking was not available and parking garage was full due to the concert so we had to park blocks away and walk back. Expensive for one night but due to distance to arena

Pros:

Great friendly service. Very conveniently located. All the front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Derek and Cameron in particular were very helpful. Breakfast is good and the kitchen staff are very nice. Very clean and well maintained.

Great first impression... We'll be back!
Pros:

Everyone in the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The physical construction and finishes i.e. tile, wall coverings, millwork, installation was well done...
(I'm a construction superintendent and those things catch my eye)...
I didn't get a chance to use the gym it was set up well..
Parking was convenient. Luggage carts worked well.

Cons:

I really don't have anything...

A hand held shower head would be nice...
