Convenient location with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Super convenient location with parking just opposite. The room was clean and functional and the reception/breakfast area was lovely.

Cons:

Some things in the room like the little sofa were very tired, probably just through wear and tear.

Another relaxing stay
Pros:

Stayed many times and reasons we go back are it’s well positioned for town and railway station with car park opposite, as well as being clean, with attentive, friendly staff and reasonable deals. Daughter in early 20’s feels safe when staying on own. Beds are super comfy and although it’s next to rail station, don’t hear trains only the seagulls which you hear everywhere in Brighton. Breakfast is well worth the money, good selection of hot and cold food, well cooked and nothing too much trouble.

Smooth comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious, just opposite the station & had a really good quality breakfast spread

Cons:

There was some noise in the bathroom, probably from the air conditioning running. Nothing else

Loved the location and how clean it was

Cons:

When we came back in the evening for a drink and pizza (which was advertised). The barman was slightly rude and said you didn’t serve food (physically took the menu from us and placed it under the counter) then changed his mind and said they were serving pizza (which we ordered).
It was a bit much as I had a 9 year old with me ordering.
We also paid for breakfast at check in for the following day - the lady at check in for breakfast said we “did not pay” twice on the third time she checked she saw we paid.
