Lovely hotel, amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Lots of cool spaces to sit and relax. Pools were great, one colder than the other. Food was really good, especially breakfast - used the Mr Tailor restaurant too, which was fantastic - even more so as it was included in the All Inclusive package!

Cons:

Not much - the splash park area sometimes didn’t work - and I think a couple of small water slides would be a good addition for the kids pool.

Great location and amenities
Pros:

The resort has been refurbished and the rooms are modern and spacious. The views are amazing, too! Great location right on the beach, close to the airport and city centre. The staff are very accommodating and helpful... special shout-out to our Balinese waiter, Putu!

Cons:

If you are only staying for one night, the 'all-inclusive' package may not be worth it. What they don't tell you is that one -nighters can only eat at one of the restaurants. Drinks are only served from 12:00, which is also check-out time, so if you arrive on a late flight it is a bit of a waste. They very kindly allowed as a late check-out, but even so the all-inclusive benefit ends strictly at noon.

Best hotel stay experience for me and my family
Pros:

It was the best hotel stay ever for me and my family

There is not enough words to describe how much we enjoy the stay

The Reception guy his name is Faroq was very welcoming and explain everything and make feel home before I do to the room

The room was very clean and beautiful view

The kids Activities was the best and my kids really live it and the stuff was wonderful
There is two staff will always be in my kids memory (Hasan & Sara) my kids loved them

All the other staff was very welcoming and will help if you need anything

Thank you so much for this wonderful experience
