We had an amazing stay at the property, the staff was so friendly and very professional. It was one of our best holidays

The view from the hotel room is absolutely stunning! Further to that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

They refused to warm up left over food for us which was actually purchased at the property. They also had some beverages on the menu that they no longer sell such as Savanna. In the scorching heat we felt really bad for the staff perhaps the property could invest in outdoor fans etc.

Love the amenities! The beach and pool access were absolutely 10/10. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, although the lady at the reception area could have been a bit more accommodating. The room was amazing and very comfortable. Thank you so much for the lovely birthday cake—it was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. ❤️

Fantastic Resort Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained, with excellent rooms, fantastic facilities and a lovely beach and pool area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive, and the service throughout our stay made us feel genuinely welcomed.

The food was excellent, with plenty of choice at breakfast and across the restaurants, and there was a great atmosphere throughout the resort. The hotel is particularly well suited to families, with plenty for both adults and children to enjoy.

A fantastic hotel with great facilities, excellent food and outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

استقبال سيء من Izzat موظف الاستقبال تسجيل الدخول يستغرق ساعة مع العلم لا يوجد ازدحام موظفين الاستقبال غير متعاونين ومدير هم كذلك كان المسبح الرئيسي ومعظم مرافق الفندق في صيانة ولم يخبرون بذلك قبل الحجز مرافق الأطفال تغلق مبكرا جدا تجربة لن تتكرر 👎
