Pros:

Amazing stay close to the port of Tallin. Area was quiet and close to the old town. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

On my next trip to Tallinn, I’ll be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

Highly recommended! An excellent hotel. Modern, with a wonderful room offering a stunning view of the marina and the sea. Centrally located, within walking distance of the Old City and the seaside promenade. Excellent food and great service.
Worth every penny.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Runsas aamupala, joka kuului hintaan. Suuri plussa kun sai jättää matkatavarat säilöön laivan lähtöön asti.

Cons:

Siivoojat ei ystävällisiä.Porukastamme yksi kompastui lattialla olevaan siivousrättiin seurauksella että ikenistä tuli verta, otsa ja käsi tärähti maahan. Ei reagointia siivoojalta.

Great stay by the harbour
Pros:

The view from our window over the harbour was brilliant and the location - just out of the old town by the harbour - was perfect for us. We could literally watch our ferry dock from our window before we had to leave the room to get on it! The breakfast was excellent and room clean and well equipped

Quando fiz o check in o wc tinha tampa da sanita com pingos de urina já seca, o que significa que limpam o resto, mas a tampa não limpam...
O chão estava sujo, as madeiras dos quartos estavam estragadas e a sala de espera de hotel corresponde a um de 3 estrelas, sofás e cadeiras pouco confortáveis, sem aparência de elegância e o mínimo de sofisticação, para um hotel de 4*, parecia mais um hotel de 3* em ponto grande. O ginásio é feio, escuro, fica no piso inferior, nada convidativo a fazer qualquer desporto e os funcionários pouco simpáticos.
No 1.º dia almocei no restaurante do hotel uma massa com legumes, com muito mau aspeto, pareciam as que compram já embaladas no supermercado, muito salgada, a massa muito cozida e custa 16€, com péssima qualidade.
