Pros:

Todo muy bien en general. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y el personal fue muy amable y atento.

Lo único realmente negativo fue el olor insoportable que salía del baño. Hay una rejilla en el piso que se llena de agua que aparentemente proviene del inodoro, y el olor es realmente muy desagradable, similar al de un baño público que lleva varios días sin limpiarse.

Es una lástima porque, fuera de este inconveniente, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. Considero importante que revisen este problema, ya que afecta considerablemente la comodidad de la habitación.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel very clean and in a fantastic location at Plaza Italia. Decent breakfast offering, comfortable beds and rooms.

Cons:

Bathrooms need improvement. Poor quality shower with mould and limescale, not what you’d expect for a 4 star hotel and no plug was provided for the bath along with an oddly placed drain in the centre of the bathroom.

La limpieza la atención del personal y la ubicación

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación casi a oscuras. Tenía otra idea de haber estado en mejores habitaciones con más luz un escritorio una silla. No fue esta vez una buena experiencia

Charming and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel had lots of charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, perfect for a family. We barely heard any noise from the street (apart from two very loud motorcycles) and didn’t hear our neighbours at all. It was a close walk to one of the main streets with lots of restaurants and a slightly longer (but doable) walk to the parque San Martin.

Cons:

Other reviewers complained that the bathroom was outdated, which might be true but we found it perfectly functional and clean. It even had a bathtub which modern hotels often do not.
