Nothing more to say. There was a group of us, and all very happy there and will use again

Rooms were great. big rooms clean, tidy with all amenities we needed. Bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious

Great stay for the price
Pros:

We stay here often, its close to the city and amenities we like.

On this stay our room was upgraded to a very large 2 double bed room.

Cons:

It is an old property, but thats never been in issue for us.

Great last-minute/emergency accommodation.
Pros:

Was great to book, pay and turn up with in 30min!
Close proximity to city!!
Had somewhere to store baggage while we sorted a rental car!
Great shower pressure but I think the water to air ratio needs some attention. Definitely not a complaint, just with such an old buildinbothg the whistling in the pipes while having a shower was for me and my partner hilarious but probably need a plumber to look at

That we didn't have much time as it was a last minute booking

I enjoy my stay everytime I’m in Hamilton. I don’t book any other hotel.
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! This hotel has been so well maintained while keeping its historic decor. The ceilings are really high and the size of the rooms are bigger than average. Location is super central. Staff are exceptional and friendly. Rooms are mega cheap with zero catch or intentions.

Cons:

I love everything about it so just a small improvement would be having smart tvs in the room.

Rude staff, wanted to charge $30 to check in 1 hour early. Toilet so low was almost on floor. Bed was very low and you both rolled into middle. Never going back
