Good location.
Pros:

Great location, huge room with great heating.

Cons:

The lift is so old I was too scared to use it so stuck with the stairs, the place has a musty spice smell, the shower went completely cold after a minute and then 5 minutes later it went extremely hot, tv channels were rubbish no movie options.

- it's very loud on the weekends in town, cars going up and down the main street, no double glazing to dampen sound
- no hot water for 24 hours of our stay, couldn't shower...
- very tired facilities, our sink plug didn't fit the sink and it had a large hole it for eg....

Pros:

That the hotel promptly refunded my payment after I cancelled. They had no hot water.

Cons:

They should have informed me beforehand that the hotel had lost their hot water. That would have given me more time to make other arrangements. Instead, they told me apon check in. This was after I'd seached for and finally found a carpark.

Satisfactory, but some improvements could be implemented. STOP letting people book in after midnight

LOVED the cleanliness of the room, and the AMAZING amount of room. The people in reception, especially the woman. She was just lovely, very helpful.

Cons:

I was completely DISGUSTED in the couple who arrived into the room beside mine at around 2 or 3am on the first night I was there!! They were talking VERY loudly, had a bath together (they told me that when I knocked on their door and told them to shut up because other people were trying to sleep). They also sounded like they were moving furniture around in the room - so much banging around! They told me that they were going to make a complaint about me in the morning. I have NEVER EVER had to complain about anybody in a hotel, motel, resort, air BNB, EVER before this! And I have travelled all over the world! The couple - he looked about 35-40ish - were in room 210. I was in room 211.

The other thing that I thought was odd was that NO breakfast facilities were available. At the very least, a Continental Breakfast should have been available either in the restaurant, or brought to the room.

Also there was NO information available in the room about places for dinner or breakfast, for one example. No taxi information. No bus timetables.

AND! The television was not working!
