Bona estada però habitació millorable.

Amabilitat del personal, ubicació.

Cons:

L'habitació podria estar més cuidada. Humitats repintades al sostre del lavabo, assecador despenjat de la paret, finestra que donava al carrer poc aïllada (es sentia bastant soroll al la nit), aire condicionat sorollós... Es trobava al tercer pis, sembla que les plantes inferiors estaven més reformades però aquesta no tant.

Una estancia comoda, tanto por las instalaciones como por la ubicacion.
Pros:

Lo que mas nos gusto fue el baño, y lo moderno que se veia el hotel por dentro, por google maps y booking me habia parecido que eran instalaciones antiguas. La recepcion la vi muy elegante y discreta.

Cons:

Pasamos a ver el buffet para ver si nos tentaba, pero no fue asi, preferimos ir a desayunar afuera.

Pros:

In city centre, clean and cosy convenient

Cons:

Staff are not great. Double charged me and had to get refund for room. Then booked my airport taxi wrong time. Also AC in room is poor quality - still hot and won’t go below 19 degrees.

Pleasant and practical stay, with friendly and welcoming staff. Better having breakfast in a café
Pros:

The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station and just 5 minutes to the medieval city center and the Plaza de la Independencia. Nice staff, large bathroom and simple but very confortable room

Cons:

Breakfast is served in a small room, the service is slow and often the staff do not clear and reset the tables promptly. The breakfast offering is fairly basic, with commercially produced jams. Food items, especially the fruit, are not replenished promptly. Some floors of the hotel have been renovated, and I was accommodated on one of these. On the other floors, however, the rooms appear quite dated and old-fashioned.

Pros:

Very clean and cosy room despite being a small double room. The staff are great.

Cons:

The air con system broke down in the middle of a heatwave - though it was fixed the day after, we did have to spend about 24 hours at about 35 degrees in the room. The hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel management didn’t bother to offer even a small compensation or a symbolic gesture like a food voucher, etc.
