Bien ubicado y habitación limpia y cómoda
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y hotel bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad. Nos ayudaron con información turística.
No tomamos el desayuno pues decidimos probar la gastronomía por fuera.

Cons:

Sería bueno que tuvieran más información de movilidad hacia otros lugares de Cataluña.

Pros:

The booking was made last minute after train problems. The hotel looked great online and from the front and the location was amazing and the staff were lovely but the room was grim to the level of a 2 star pensión.

Nice hotel in the quieter part of town, very helpful staff, lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

You can hear the noises from the hallway in the room, which can make it difficult to sleep.

Excellent service from the team
Pros:

The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel is in the heart of the old town, close to many sightseeing locations and shops. Perfect boutique hotel in a lovely city full of history

Cons:

The room had a little bit of a weird smell, but after reporting it to the staff, the cleaning service did another clean. The facilities in the room are a little limited, but perfect for a short term stay.

The hotel is clean and in a wonderful location. The staff are friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
Pros:

We did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment. The location is excellent - very close to the Plaza de la Independencia and just across the river from the old town with its charming narrow streets, variety of restaurants, cafes and bars, and spectacular cathedral.

Muy bien para estar en el centro de la ciudad, tiene todas las comodidades, muy recomendable
Pros:

La habitación amplia, cómoda, moderna, renovada. La cama grande y cómoda, la ubicación muy buena, muy céntrico en el casco antiguo y el personal muy amable. No desayunamos, por lo que no puedo opinar.
