AKA Rittenhouse Square

Excellent location downtown - in a very nice and very safe area. Walking was easy, driving too with parking right across the street. The room was great, spacious, and with excellent finishes. All the staff were incredibly friendly, from Greg to Juliet, and everyone else who helped us.

The room we got was incredibly spacious and was a lovely corner unit overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The staff is incredibly friendly and helps think of everything. The location is very good and central to many things Philly. The only downsides are that the bathroom is a little small and the breakfast options are limited though they are well cooked. All facilities are clean and there is even a free amenity pass to a nearby Aka hotel that features a full indoor pool and more luxurious gym

Bianca and the entire team at AKA Rittenhouse were amazing! The level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism were so impressive. And the one bedroom apartment was excellent for a long stay. And finally, the location was perfect!

We stayed at AKA Rittenhouse for a mother-daughter trip to Philadelphia. The location was perfect - right next to or easy walking distance to many of our chosen bars and restaurants and activities like sightseeing and visiting a spa. Our rooms were also fantastic. We had a two bedroom suite, which meant that we each had our own space though also a shared area, including kitchen. The views from our suite were amazing! While we felt like we were in the heart of the city, our suite was calm, clean and comfortable for when we needed some quiet time.

Best of all was the customer service. We received pre-arrival personalised tips (like where to go for the good ice cream) and support all the way through. When a flight was delayed, for example, the AKA team helped to reschedule our dinner reservations. Special thanks to Breanna, Bianca, Wister, Juliet, and the whole team for making our stay special and seamless.

Their attentiveness, local recommendations, and welcoming energy truly defined the luxury experience.

We had an excellent stay at AKA Rittenhouse Square. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Rittenhouse Square and close to great restaurants and shopping. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts of home. A special thank you to Wisten, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable with outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Overall, it was a relaxing and upscale experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
